Ordered a bouquet for a special occasion but the flowers were not delivered until two days after the occasion even though I ordered them two days in advance.

We ordered a bunch of freesias and tulips in a glass bowl with a rope handle. All the recipient got was a bunch of flowers - no bowl.

I've used bunches for many years and they have always been reliable but it seems like the prices are gradually creeping up and the quantity of flowers is reducing. I always used to consider bunches to be "Good Value for Money", now I am finding them to be quite expensive for what you get. Sent Freesias and Iris's to my cousin for her birthday last month and visited her a few days later. Although the flowers were pretty and healthy, I was shocked to see how few she had received and didn't consider it good value at all. Very disappointed.

The order arrived a day late and the flowers were damaged. I will add that this is most unusual as the punctuality and quality is usually excellent

You sent the flowers I ordered to my sister which was good. She was very pleased with them. I had also paid for a special card. But that did not turn up with the flowers. So she was puzzled. Who were the flowers from ? She eventually phoned you to find out. They apologised and told her that I had sent the flowers but they had forgotten to include the card. So she phoned me and said thank you. We had a nice chat on the phone. But I could have done that anyway. Flowers turned out to be a subject of conversation - but not quite the sort of happy surprise intended. It was a Diamond wedding anniversary. I doubt whether we shall be able to try again for the Platinum.

Whilst I didn’t expect a huge amount of flowers for £19.99 I did expect a lot more than my wife received. We don’t have a vase that small to make it look like a bigger bunch. Considering how much and how pretty I could have got from even a supermarket I will seriously doubt ordering again. Such a shame as it is a great concept.

Ordered an XL bunch of flowers which arrived via post. The bouquet was far smaller than anticipated and tops of all the lilys were crushed. The lilys never opened. Bunches customer service were excellent in handling the issue. I have ordered previously for a friend but never did find out what the bouquet looked like. My worry now is that it was a tiny bouquet that was possibly substandard. For the money I would have expected better in all honesty, but the customer service was very good.

The flowers we first got were the type I ordered but were not the right quantity and I never was told why this happened, other flowers were sent to say sorry but roses died after 4 days poor performance all round Will never use company again

Having used Bunches for many years to send flowers to my Mother with no problems, I was very surprised when she told me I should find another supplier due to the poor quality of the flowers she received. Having never seen the flowers Myself I cannot verify how accurate this is but I would be nervous at using Bunches again in future.

Flowers arrived on time and were correct selection but most disappointed with the quality of the tulips. Won't be using Bunches again.

Disappointing. Flowers arrived in poor packaging; badly presented And they could have been left in a safe place on day they were required instead of being returned and delivered a day late and missing a wedding anniversary celebration.

Very disappointed with flowers received plus wrong card sent. After numerous emails doubling up on information. Another bunch was sent. The flowers looked nothing like what I ordered.
