Very very disappointed with the flowers I ordered. Very small bunch for the money. Don’t think I’ll use again. Positives: Delivery was prompt and parcel well packed

I purchased a bunch of flowers for mum on mother’s day. (Spring roses). When they arrived the box was very big but we were all disappointed by the size inside. Very small bunch. Mum put them in a vase and by Tuesday the leaves were dry and falling so did not live up to the 7 day freshness guarantee. Not impressed

I was disappointed when I saw photo of my recent purchase. The photo on the website appeared full whereas it was quite sparse.

I had brought my mum Mother’s Day flowers and I had paid for them to arrive Sunday, I was very confident the flowers would be good as I had brought several times but this time I was disappointed.. flowers arrived opened and when we put them in the water they just drooped and on the Wednesday we had to bin them as they were such a mess. Don’t really complain about things but I felt this time I had to.

Flowers arrived on time however the quantity and size of the bunch was not what I thought I would be getting after ordering from the picture on the website.

I have used your site for many years and the service was good. However my recent purchase was very poor. The flowers had almost died when my 80 year old mum received them. It seems that they were very late with the delivery. I would like to hear what you have to say in this case.

Little disappointed to say the least that flowers delivered for Mother’s Day didn’t even survive until the 4th April, not what I was expecting.

Very basic little bunch of carnations gypsophilia and astromelias - only a little better than a cheap supermarket offering. The fact that they came several days too early for mother’s day was a little irritating too.

Purchased Mothers day Flowers they looked beautiful in the website picture but very disappointed with what arrived definitely not worth the money paid sadly so won't be using again 😕

Sadly we were a bit disappointed overall. The delivery was by my usual postman despite paying the extra, which was unexpected. If Id have known this was the method of postage I'l might have opted for regular delivery. Didn't notice if this postal method is declared on site. I was looking forward to a nice size bunch considering the size I ordered. In my opinion The size was not the comparable to the price charged. Another company had flowers ordered for the same recipient, same amount of money but bigger bunch and delivered by courier for less fee. The blooms were pretty, but considering they were spring flowers for a birthday surprise, it was, sad and disappointing to see most of the flowers had died already by Friday (delivered on Monday). All were dead by Saturday. I do think sending them out so early was a factor in the length of shelf life. And delivered by Postal Service didn't help either due to unknown conditions during delivery process. Unfortunately I will not order from your company again. Incidentally, the competitors flowers delivered are still going on day 8.

The Flowers arrived in time but with no greenery making the large bouquet ordered seem disappointingly small. The flowers unfortunately did not last, the iris’s died within 5 day and the freesias in 7. Overall I was very disappointed with the flowers and would have had a much larger, longer lasting bunch for a fraction of the price from a local supermarket. Sadly, I wouldn’t order from bunches again.

Well the bunch of lilies were amazing and beautiful had to split across 2 vases however the other floral bouquet pink confetti was shocking it wasn’t even enough to fill a single vase and I could have picked a better bunch for £5 from Lidl

it was very unfortunate because the recipient was taken to hospital. I asked for the flowers to be left on the door step so that her grandaughter could collect them but this was not done. consequently I do not know what happened to the flowers.

The Flowers were Beautiful but It wasn't made clear that I had ordered them in Boxes which I would not have done if I had realised, also I received a text saying I would be told within the hour when they would arrive but I didn't and there was an email on my Computer so I don't go on the Computer until 12.00 so I didn't get it, It wasn't clear to me that they would be left in the Porch It would have been better if someone had rung the Bell which no-one did which I thought was Poor service at best and careless and negligent at worse., I ordered from you because you were the first Company I found that I found that delivered on the right date, I might look harder next time.

Flowers didn't even last a week . I've order a lot of flowers over the years and usually there good but always on mothers day they are poor

Delivery was on time and got a time slot emailed which was helpful. Unfortunately the flowers themselves were a disappointment! I opted for the large bunch because of the minimal price difference; but unfortunately the flowers were not as expected. Even after allowing time for them to flower properly the bunch still looks small and nowhere near the picture

My first experience with Bunches ... after a recommendation and discount voucher from my beloved Boden, so I was happy to try for Mothers Day. A bit of a disappointment to be honest - flowers arrived 2 days early and looked very tired by Mothers Day - I shan't be using Bunches again.

Slightly disappointed with what was received in comparison to what the picture looked like. The flowers were for my grandma for Mother's day and they unfortunately just looked like something from a petrol station.

Usually I’m happy with bunches but on mothers day i paid for chocolates to be added to the order and none arrived! No reply to my email complaint so they have now lost a loyal and regular customer sadly.
