“Delivery due Thursday 11th but did not arrive until Tuesday 16 th. flowers a bit dry They were for a special celebration so it was disappointing to be five days late. This was mainly due to the post but disappointing none the less”

“I always order my flowers from bunches, I was a bit disappointed with this order. I ordered to cheer a friend up and she sent me a photo of them. They were very sparse in my opinion. They cheered her up so that's the main thing.”

“Cost is affordable however the flowers were very small not like the pictures. You would need about two bunches if it were to be like the images advertised.”

“Delivery as promised One stem keeled over immediately and had to remove several outer petals as gone brown/black Had to repeat this on days 2 and 3. Probably too cold in transport or storage which is disappointing Sadly do not compare well with two bunches from local coop”

“There was no message attached to flowers. I had to phone my friend in Devon to find out if she had received them for her birthday! She said she had received a nice bunch of flowers but had no idea who they were from. I had definitely written a note to her on your web page. Disappointed last time customer! P white”

“I thought this was a good and efficient company to order from, all went smoothly and I booked 2 separate deliveries. I didn't see the Birthday flowers with chocolates but I did see the Berry Charm and I'm sorry but I was disappointed - they were pretty colours but in the vase they looked like a £5 bunch of small bud carnations from a supermarket. Not sure if I would try again as flower delivery is expensive for me and really wanted to bless my lonesome sister on her lockdown birthday.”

“The box arrived on time but when opened there were several carnation flower heads broken off from the bunch. I have emailed bunches to let them know but not even an acknowledgement of my email. Apart from being bad manners not to acknowledge it is also not good business sense. I will look for another supplier after using bunches for a number of years.”

“My experience with bunches was good to start with, nice pictures on website, easy order and delivered on time. I was disappointed when I saw a picture of my friend holding the flowers as the bunch was not as big as it looked in the picture online and was in a very basic wrap.”

“I have used Bunches many times but my last order was disappointing. Flowers were bought for my mum who said the bouquet was not worth the money. She was embarrassed to tell me this but felt I should know.”

“Was picked up by courier on the Monday, for delivery on the Tuesday. They were not delivered until the Thursday, so we're sat in transit for 3 days! I've not seen the flowers I sent, however my friend said they were lovely.”

“Quick delivery and service but unfortunately the flowers weren't was i was expecting for the price. As they were for a 60th birthday I was hoping for a better display. This may be my fault with my choice of arrangement but i still felt hard done by.”

“1st bunch (delivery in the midlands) I ordered were good, surprised of the quantity on a cheaper bunch. Decided to order 2 more (delivery down south) very disappointed, a lot less flowers, felt quite embarrassed. Won't be using again unfortunately.”

“My complaint was on the delivery. The flowers were left outside the apartment building on the main door step. My daughter answered the door bell but there was no reply so she assumed it was a wrong ring. After receiving a photo of the flowers outside I contacted her and she managed to find them . I live in Kenya ! Otherwise she was happy with the gift.”
