“Our flowers arrived on the date we requested, but sadly some of them were dead. I feel that they weren’t worth the money we paid. We have bought flowers from Bunches before with no problems. Maybe this was a one off.”

“My flowers were delivered when I wasn’t in. I requested that if this was the case that they be left at my neighbours (no 11). Unfortunately this didn’t happen and they were returned to the Post Office sorting office and were redelivered 4 days later. As a result 3 of the roses has died.”

“Not up to the normal standards Bunches reach. My wife pointed out two broken stems and felt overall the flowers had dried out more than she expected. To be fair they still looked very nice.”

“I have used Bunches on many previous occasions and have found their flowers and service first class. However on this one occasion the flowers arrived on Feb 13 not Feb 11 as requested though marked as 24 hour delivery. As a result the flowers looked tired on arrival and have not lasted as normally expected. Therefore only score as acceptable based on previous performance.”

“No notification email of delivery which was annoying. Flowers were nice - but not like the picture - more leaves than flowers and for £28 you’d expect a nice bunch of flowers. Overall, it was okay. Not worth the price to be honest.”

“Ordered for Valentine’s Day so paid a bit more than normal prices. I added a box of chocolates and a card. The chocolates went down well but the font on the card wasn’t terribly big or clear. The tulips were fully open on arrival and didn’t last very long, the solitary rose was tired. Overall surprised as my wife and I have had good experiences up until now.”

“Arrived on time which was great, but slightly disappointed with the amount of flowers. Personally I don't think it was worth the money however the convenience is the reason I ordered. The postman had to knock and thankfully someone was home, we have a large letterbox and it didn't fit. But being honest I would consider using again as it is nice to see another company other than Interflora doing well.”

“Your bunch only had one little sprig of gisophalis? . On your picture it was all thruogh the bunch. That is why I liked it.”
