“Lovely flowers, but I was very disappointed at the quantity and size of the arrangement. At nearly £50 (albeit with 4 miniature gin bottles) I expected more than the small handful of flowers I received. My wife (who they were for) thought I'd ordered miniature flowers!”

“Pretty flowers, just not as ‘wow’ as they looked in the photo! Arrived on time, but not sure I’d order again. A little underwhelmed by the flowers for the price. I probably could of brought a more impressive bunch from M&S or Waitrose for less money.”

“Had the correct amount of stems but the photo the recipient sent me showed the bunch to be very underwhelming. I was disappointed considering the cost of the bouquet. I'll use a local florist next time”

“Hi, I recently ordered the Berry Charm flower arrangement to be sent to my Grandmother , but was disappointed to hear that when she opened the delivery, the flowers included did not match what was outlined as being contained online. T On the description for this arrangement it states online the below stems are included: Lilac Freesias | 5 stems Purple-edged 'Spectro' Spray Carnations | 4 stems Purple Spray Carnations | 4 stems White Spray Carnations | 4 stems White Gypsophila | 1 stem However in my order there was: 3 stems - Pink Spray Carnations 3 stems - Pink Spray Carnations with white edge 4 stems - Cerise Spray Carnations 4 stems - White Spray Carnations 1 stem - white gypsophila There were no lilac freesias included which is disappointing as these would have been the most expensive of the stems. I understand that due to season/availability you may not always be able to exactly match the colours in the description but I would expect that if a certain flower was not available, you would swap this for a similar stem, rather than more of the existing stems (carnations). There were also less stems in total included in this arrangement than was advertised, so I do not feel that I have got value for money.”

“Flower bought for a birthday present and I was advised they 'looked very sorry for themselves' on arrival and all fully bloomed no buds. Thankfully the feed brought them back to life over night but they didn't last long and still not good quality, I won't be purchasing again.”

“I ordered two large bouquets but they were smaller than I expected them to be. Three of the stems in each box were broken even though I had paid extra for courier delivery. I would not purchase again.”

“I was very dissapointed with the flowers I sent my friend, emailed complaint and basically was told they weren't going to do anything about it! DISSAPOINTING, used to be good when I purchased some flowers a couple of years ago. Never again!”

“Nice flowers. However I ordered two bunches of flowers one for each of my daughters to be delivered on the same date to the same address just before Xmas, one daughter received hers on the day, the other didn't get hers till two days later, flowers weren't in good condition. Couldn't be bothered to complain but wasn't great.”
