“The flowers arrived on time! Thank you! But in the photo on the website, they looked like a much fuller bunch than that which was received - and the bunch when they were received looked a little disappointing. But thank you for delivering on time.”

“I have used "Bunches" for several years and have found their service to be good and the flowers have always been lovely, except for the last time I used them. I ordered flowers at the beginning of February for a 70th birthday and the recipient sent me a picture of the flowers. She said she was pleased with them but I was very disappointed. They did not look anything like the picture on the website and did not look worth the money I had spent.”

“The flowers & wine where delivered when requested so we were pleased with that service. The only disappointing thing was we thought when we ordered the flowers the container was included. Maybe be emphasis flower container not included.”

“I ordered the roses and freesias bouquet for a friend when she was recovering after surgery. The bouquet she was sent had only a few roses and freesias, with the rest being a mix of different flowers including iris, chrysanthemum and giant daisies. This looked a bit of a mush mash and wasn’t how the bouquet was shown or described and it looked disappointing compared to the photo on the website. Customer services were quick to respond to my query and offered a refund against a small part of the value, but this didn’t resolve the issue. I have been happy with previous orders from Bunches where I’ve ordered or been sent house plants, but would hesitate to order cut flowers from them again.”

“Ordered 2 lots of flowers, one was for mum and the other a friend. Ordering process was simple, and I had a voucher code for 20% off. The flowers were nice,but don’t expect to receive what is pictured. Ours looked much smaller, and even though we had the correct amount of stems,it just didn’t look the same. We didn’t complain because we felt that we had the moneys worth,(with the voucher) but if we hadn’t had a voucher,then we would have complained. The carnations were lovely,and did smell heavenly..but is that enough for me to order from bunches again? Not sure. I also wonder, if I hadn’t used a voucher, would my flowers look as advertised? I am such a skeptic.”

“Have been a customer for many years and generally happy with the quality and service but on last 2 occasions deliveries have been very late,despite ordering weeks in advance and allowing extra time due to pandemic problems.eg flowers ordered for 29th Jan on Jan 7th but did not even leave Nottingham to go to Guernsey until that date,so no way would they arrive for a birthday on 30th. Disappointing as the customer service team are always helpful. On a similar issue following a bereavement,as no email is automatically sent to say flowers have been received and I refused to bother the recipient at this sensitive time,the second person I spoke to was very helpful and another delivery was sent by courier.”
