“The only thing positive about this order was that it arrived on the day booked, having used Bunches many times in the past & spending in the region of £200 +, I was not impressed with the reaction of customer services when I contacted them expressing my disappointment for the first time about this particular order 9691578”

“I am sorry to have to say I was very disappointed with the flowers and hamper. As this was a 60th anniversary we wanted to do something memorable. I have just found out the flowers were so poor my Aunt complained and was sent some more. She didn't want me to know. That's why you should get reviews from the recipient not the sender. The hamper apparently was beautifully presented but there wasn't much in it. I won't be using Bunches again and I won't be recommending them.”

“I paid extra for postage, not guaranteed for the specific date I wanted but the flowers weren’t sent out from Bunches until 4:30pm the day before. Given the mileage they needed to travel, this was never going to be workable to get there the next day on my required date (I placed my order 2+ weeks in advance). I asked customer services for a refund of the extra postage paid as a gesture good will but this was denied, and I was advised it arrived within their stated times. I will not be using this company again and I would not recommend paying for postage if you chose to use them. I can’t comment on the flowers as I didn’t see them but I think the recipient was happy with them, even though they were late for the birthday.”

“Very disappointed with the flowers I received, small for the price, the roses were brown/ dying and the greenery looked like it had been eaten by insects- chunks missing out and browning also. Won’t be ordering again”

“Box arrived on Valentine’s Day, battered and soaked. The contents were no better and the flowers died within a couple of days. Had I still had the original order number, I would have complained and requested at the very least, a replacement”

“There are half the amount of flowers compared to what is advertised in the picture. Customer service were appalling when I contacted them to complain and repeatedly dismissed me. Don’t waste your money.”

“The pictures from the website are so misleading.The flowers I choose (rainbow drop) were priced at £24 ( total paid, discount £8.49, delivery £ 5.99 card (£1.99) white Gypsophila (£1.99) and the rainbow drop flowers £24 ) is £25.48. I was so disappointed as soon as I saw the delivery box.The bunch inside had only few flowers ,not even worth £8.The flowers were meant for my wife (Valentine day). This is the first and last time I am using this store.”
