“- Valentine's day gift arrived on 15th Feb. - If tracked24 delivery takes longer sometimes, I think it's for Bunches to make sure the delivery is planned better. - Please remember - delivering early is always better than late when the event is over!”

“The bunch was quite nice when it arrived, although a bit underwhelming. In about 4-5 days many of the flowers were clearly dying and after a week barely any are still standing.”

“I ordered roses and a card for my wife for Valentine's day. They arrived the day after thus spoiling the day. Bunches blamed the carrier and refused even a partial refund”

“If I could rate 0 stars I would! I am disgusted with the poor quality flowers I have received. The picture on the website was specified as a standard size, so I payed extra for a large bouquet. You can imagine my horror and embarrassment when I am sent a picture and see that my gift had turned up less a than half the size of that displayed in the picture. I am aware that flowers are sent in bud form but these flowers look dry and crunchy. I am appalled with the service I have received and will be telling all my friends and family to actively avoid this establishment. Valentine’s Day and my anniversary have been ruined!”

“The bouquet looked nothing like the size and as vibrant as the image shown on the website. Very disappointed. Some of the bids never opened and the tulips literally looked worn out and dying after a day. I'd love to attach a photo but can't.”

“Very disappointing. Dont know if it was the cold and snow in transit or what, but the flowers never blossomed at all and were dead within a few days! They were for my wife on Valentines Day as well, and this was very upsetting for her!”

“Not happy with service. I recieved an e-mail informing me address was wrong should have had flat number eg 48/2 instead of 48 informed company of correct address flowers were sent to number 44. E-mailed complaint about this never heard from them again. Needless to say wont be buying from Bunches again”

“Flowers arrived on a Saturday with a few stems having to be put in the bin as a result of damage in the post and the rest were dying by Tuesday and subsequently binned on Wednesday. I've never had this happen before with other florists and the other half was very disappointed in them as they were a Valentines gift. I have since bought her another gift to make up for the disappointment.”

“Honestly shocked I have used bunches for years and always been delighted this is the first time the flowers were sent as letterbox flowers so when I opened them and they looked dead bent and awful I thought don’t panic as I have received letterbox flowers from a different company and they turned out fantastic beautiful long lasting blooms well I’m afraid the same can’t be said of these they hardly revived at all many stems were snapped and never opened the ones that opened were pretty but spindly I bought these for my elderly mother for her birthday and was utterly embarrassed as my brother had also got her flowers and put these to shame I could have bought 5 bunches of roses from Tesco for the same price and wish I had I will not be bothering again”
