“Although the flowers were up to there usual fantastic standard. I sent flowers to a friend to cheer them up, in these awful times. When they found 2 cards, they didn't know who they were from. The card from me and then a card of sympathy from Helen. This is just disgraceful. A gesture that was to cheer my friend up has had the opposite result. So upsetting for both of us.”

“The flowers started to die after two days, with in 4 days they were rubbish, called to complain and was told to send pictures which I did, promised a replacement on the following Weds by Courier, nothing arrived. Called again today to complain and offered a refund, here’s hoping this get done.”

“Very disappointed. Received a lot less flowers than the photo advertised, absolutely pathetic. I wrote to the company to ask for a refund and they flatly refused and didn’t even offer to send any additional flowers. Would not recommend using this company.”

“Used bunches before with no issue, this time the flowers turn up half dead. Managed to revive them slightly but looked nothing like the photo. For a third of the price, I picked up some fresh flower elsewhere. Very disappointing.”

“Although I left out a number in my address and the flowers couldn’t be delivered I felt not enough effort was made to contact me to rectify that. The flowers were thrown away and the chocolates were not delivered. I will never use this company again”

“Very disappointed with the flowers received by our friends which looked nothing like what we had ordered. Instead of a “Beautiful collection of Spray carnations and alstroemerias in shades of pink” they received a bunch of carnations. We have used Bunches before but will not be using them again.”

“Very disappointing. Flowers arrived the day after the recipients birthday. They were sent on Saturday and arrived on Tuesday after spending 2 days in a box a few miles from the delivery address. Wont be ordering from Bunches again in a hurry.”

“Allowed 11 days to ensure flowers arrived on a given date but still delivered late. they were posted with less than one working day then had the annoying submission that it was Royal Mails fault. Did not offer any compensation or apology no wonder they are receiving such poor reviews”

“Flowers were dispatched on Saturday to be delivered on Monday, they did not arrive until the Friday, withered! The company did send a replacement but not the same as receiving them on the correct day, very disappointing.”

“I am very shocked that such a small bunch was delivered to me it looked tiny Two of the three roses are still alive the other flower extremely small it seemed all packaging The large red heart around it stained everything it touched my hands, table even the scissors I have been left concerned that this is the standard I have been sending my friends Very disappionted”

“The flowers were booked to arrive on Saturday and they didn’t arrive till Monday. They were in poor condition when they arrived, leaves fallen off they looked as if they had been left out in the extreme cold and were ‘frosted’.”

“Still waiting on delivery! I ordered them for the 6th of February and still nothing ..payment has come out of my bank account,the flowers were meant for nana on arrival home after being in hospital? Please can someone help me track them down”
