“I was not going to submit a review until Bunches contacted me to do so. I had decided never to use Bunches again after the quality of the "bunch" of flowers I received was shocking....I could have purchased better at a garage forecourt for a quarter of the price!! I was a sorry looking floral display that I had to apologise to my partner when she was trying to arrange them. Really disappointed.”

“Turnt up late All flowers was half dead and beat up paid £30 and got 2 roses that were damaged and a few other flowers definitely won’t be buying here again”

“I ordered a bunch of freesias for my wife for Valentine’s Day.. to say I was un amazed is an understatement. The flowers came all grew and not even bloomed yet. Imagine my wife’s face when she got them”

“I sent you an email on the day of the delivery telling how disappointed my wife was and you just recommended taking off petals and adjusting the foliage. And for the cost of £48 I thought it was very poor. I went to a store in town on the Sunday and bought a bunch of roses for less money and far far better quality. It was an embarrassing situation for me as I had to show my wife how much I had spent on such a poor bunch of flowers. We will not be a returning customer.”

“Purchased Iris and Freesias. Presentation very poor on arrival, 2 stems snapped. Iris lasted less than a week. Freesias had no scent?? Main reason for purchase. Very poor.”

“Very small bouquet for £50 spent - also started to die after just 3 days. I understand Valentine’s Day flowers are marked-up but very disappointing for the price paid. Wont be using this company again.”

“Pre-Covid, I was a fan of this service. Unfortunately the last purchase of flowers for my wife on Valentine’s Day have left me disappointed. The flowers that were delivered were in extremely poor condition and my wife was unable to appreciate them due to this.”

“I bought what I thought would be a nice bouquet of flowers, given that the original price was £33. When they arrived they looked like a bunch incouldnhave bought from the local shop at about £8 so very disappointed. I spent a similar amount at a local florists about 6 months ago and the bouquet was huge so will not be ordering from here again.”

“- Valentine's day gift arrived on 15th Feb. - If tracked24 delivery takes longer sometimes, I think it's for Bunches to make sure the delivery is planned better. - Please remember - delivering early is always better than late when the event is over!”
