Flowers went to wrong place. Yes my mistake. Only offered 25% discount of next order. Poor.I’m frustrated with pandemic and bunches shows no kindness

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. I was a bit disappointed that my mother-in-laws flowers were delivered 5.5 miles away and she had to go and pick them up herself. By the time she picked them up on her birthday they were very droopy!!!

Having used the company many times. How disappointing this experience was. I wanted a specific date in early March, and was unable to select the date until late March or April. After several attempts and no answer when I rang, I was left with no choice but to order elsewhere.

More than half the bouquet died after a couple of days. I used the flower food, trimmed the edges every other day and changed the water but most of the flower just didn't last. For this price I am quite disappointed when some other brand have bouquets that last almost 2 weeks if not more.

The flowers that turned up were awful and embarrassing to give to someone. So disappointed I should have really asked for a refund. They looked NOTHING like the picture. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again!

Purchased a three month gift subscription for my mother and am terribly disappointed with the flowers, they were of very poor quality, mismatched and I was ashamed to have sent them as a gift. The most recent delivery looked like they had been picked from a hedge bottom.

Paid extra delivery to be delivered on a day. It did not arrived and thay said I am unlucky.... Had to get more flowers on a day... Why you show a single delivery day when its not guaranteed ??? Reported that and they did not care.

Delivery was swift, however the quality of flowers were not as I expected them to be. Being told this by the person I gifted it to was slightly embarrassing. Don’t think I’ll be using them again.

Am gutted bunches normal always does me proud but if the photo my son sent is anything to go by they really poor it looked like the 15 carnations there and nothing like the photo on line. Which really disappointing as they were for the birth of our new granddaughter . He was really happy with them but he didn’t see what they should look like.

Ordering was easy and efficient, delivery on time. The recipient sent a photo of the flowers and I didn't think they looked all that good but imagined they would look better after a few days but having spoken to the recipient they said they didn't get any better and didn't last very long A bunch of supermarket flowers would have been better and lasted longer ! So, disappointed that I wasted my money but due to covid I couldn't visit and take my own.

Very disappointed. No message card enclosed so did not know who the flowers were from and no chocolate included with gift. Wont be using them again.

Very disappointing experience. I bought a bouquet last week for my partner and the 2/3 Roses died within 48hours from arrival despite doing all the tricks I know to look after them. Very disappointment by the quality of the product!

My gift was to be delivered on a Tuesday 23 February to my sick daughter. She didn’t get the freesias until Friday 26 February. Very disappointing My suggestion is not to use the post office
