“Poor. I was left very disappointed, sadly there are far better flower delivery services available. I made a mistake in choosing to use Bunches when I should have stuck to a tried and trusted service.”

“I have been using bunches for a number of years now, and up until know I have found them to be excellent, the flowers arrive on appointed date and the blooms always last, but with the last order that was for my daughter in law's birthday I was very disappointed, the flowers arrived on time, but the blooms were drooping by the next day & had to be thrown away within a couple of days, upsetting my daughter in law plus myself. I hope that this was an unfortunate episode and I hope that next time that I order from bunches (which I will do) the blooms will be up to their normal standard”

“Flowers ordered and sent to a friend. My friend has posted the picture on social media. I was completely in shock at the state of the flowers. They looked half dead and brown. I know that some of them needed to bloom, however I don’t think they will make it. I contacted customers service. Sent a picture and was told to wait and see if the flowers looked better are a couple of days. This was a gift why should I bug the recipient about sometime that I should have confidence in sending. I was not reassured and my concerns were followed up. I will never use this company again!”

“Order the flowers on sunday for delivery the following Thursday. They hadn't arrived by the Saturday. Complained and they were finally delivered the following Thursday. No apology. Will not be using again.”

“The only thing positive about this order was that it arrived on the day booked, having used Bunches many times in the past & spending in the region of £200 +, I was not impressed with the reaction of customer services when I contacted them expressing my disappointment for the first time about this particular order 9691578”

“I am sorry to have to say I was very disappointed with the flowers and hamper. As this was a 60th anniversary we wanted to do something memorable. I have just found out the flowers were so poor my Aunt complained and was sent some more. She didn't want me to know. That's why you should get reviews from the recipient not the sender. The hamper apparently was beautifully presented but there wasn't much in it. I won't be using Bunches again and I won't be recommending them.”

“I paid extra for postage, not guaranteed for the specific date I wanted but the flowers weren’t sent out from Bunches until 4:30pm the day before. Given the mileage they needed to travel, this was never going to be workable to get there the next day on my required date (I placed my order 2+ weeks in advance). I asked customer services for a refund of the extra postage paid as a gesture good will but this was denied, and I was advised it arrived within their stated times. I will not be using this company again and I would not recommend paying for postage if you chose to use them. I can’t comment on the flowers as I didn’t see them but I think the recipient was happy with them, even though they were late for the birthday.”

“Box arrived on Valentine’s Day, battered and soaked. The contents were no better and the flowers died within a couple of days. Had I still had the original order number, I would have complained and requested at the very least, a replacement”
