“As i would expect from flowers through the post nothing special and expensive. Much better of going to a local florists or a supermarket.”

“Very expensive for what u get . Bunch of classic carnations of 12 for £16 not even worth £5 very disappointed could get similar from supermarket for few quits . Used different companies for flower deliveries n regret I didn’t stick with my usual one .Def won’t be using again .”

“Very very very disappointed. I ordered a roses and freesias bouquet. Freesias came as buds, while roses were fully bloomed! So by the time freesias bloomed (and stopped looking like some grass), all roses were dead! In conclusion, the bouquet didn’t look as promised on the picture for a single day! (I followed all the instruction, cutting stems, using the attached sachet, etc) Will never shop with Bunches again and will discourage all my friends from using their services.”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. “I ordered 4 bunches of flowers for different people and at least two of them were pitiful and did not have the 21 stems I ordered! The other two I didn’t ask about as they were gifts. I did ask for a resend of all the bunches and to date only one bunch has been said. I was extremely disappointed and sadly will not be using bunches again .”

“Where do I start. I’ve been a loyal customer of Bunches for over 10 years. I ordered some flowers costing over 30.00 for my mums birthday. These were particularly important as she is really poorly and can’t spend her birthday as she would want to. 20% of the flowers were dead on arrival and most of the rest wilting. On the second and third day they became worse. Although extremely disappointed and upset I can understand mistakes happen especially in the current climate however I emailed a week ago to request a refund so I could buy elsewhere (Tesco would have been 100 times better) no response whatsoever. I have spent 100s of pounds with bunches but I will never purchase from them again.”

“By far the worst flower bouquet I have ever seen. The actual item had nothing to do comparing to the photo provided on the web site. The cost of the bouquet was £35 and honestly, there was no difference from an £8 bouquet from Morrisson's.”

“Hi. I'm very disappointed with flowers I have ordered for my friends birthday, she received them on 4th Feb as I requested but yesterday were already dead compared to other flowers she received on the same day from different companies, I can send you pictures if needed, they shouldn't look like that after 3-4 days!”

“I value Bunches but have been unable to submit an order for almost a week. I had a promotion and been unable to use as the website is so poor. I have also endeavoured to pay, but the system only allows to ap by PAL. Grateful if you can rectify please. I have 4 orders to place but running out of time”

“Used these a few times but disgusted with the birthday bouquet (£33) plus extra for the cake and a birthday card, taking it to a total of £40, I ordered from them last week, freesias snapped, broken and bent, roses rotted brown petals.!!! I will never buy from here again and would definitely NOT recommend this company!!!!”
