“Unfortunately my experience of Bunches is not good - sorry. Firstly, the order I had placed for flowers to be sent to NI was inexplicably cancelled - although my payment was immediately refunded; in fact the refund was the only notification I had to say the order was cancelled . Secondly, I ordered a 'Letterbox arrangement' assuming this would go through the letterbox as I knew my friend might be out. However, Royal Mail would not deliver them without a signature, so it was only when I received a message from Royal Mail to say my friend had to make other arrangements - by which time I imagine the flowers were past their best! So, not happy.”

“Got to say the bunch of carnations my mum received was a bit ‘sad’ - I know it was a basic bunch but it used to be that we were pleasantly surprised by the delivery…….”

“5 x foliage stems 2 thick and bulky. lots of stems only 8" carrying one flower bud not worthy of a good report this time sorry to say. I have taken photos to show people.”

“Sadly, my friend expressed disappointment as she thought the flowers were quite squashed when she opened the parcel. I have never had this response before and I always use bunches letterbox flowers. Hopefully this was a one off as I will continue to buy from you.”

“I have used Bunches many times and they have always been reliable. Unfortunately on the most recent occasion, three of the carnation stems arrived with broken heads and the rest of the bunch didn't offer value for money.”

“This was my second order at Bunches. The first was fora hamper,the second was for flowers with truffles included. I have heard back from my sisters in Brighton on both occasions. The hamper was very attractive and useful, but unfortunately the flowers , in the second order, mostly carnations, were rather'skimpy' and unattractive. They sent a picture and I agree with them on that.”

“I always use Bunches for flower deliveries, however I was very disappointed for my bouquet to arrive a day late. I had ordered them for a family members birthday to be delivered on her birthday, and they arrived a day late.”

“Well believe gift was appreciated by friend. The only issue I have is that apparently it was sent to wrong place first of all. I understand this is just normal error but did make me worry that my friend wasn't going to get her birthday present.”

“Bunches es una empresa que no se responsabiliza de la satisfacción de los clientes. Yo empeze a comprar flores para regalar hace aproximadamente 5 años y el regalo llegó, así que seguí comprando cada año . Este año le pregunté a la persona a quien iba dirigido el regalo y me confirmó que no había llegado el regalo este año, ni en varios años anteriores. Al revisar la dirección, me di cuenta que estaba alterada. Al informarle a Bunches no asumieron su responsabilidad. No volveré a comprar en Bunches.”
