“The flowers were well received by the recipient but from the picture I saw d idn’t look particularly good value for money, in terms of number of stems, that said, they are still going strong a week later. The box they were delivered in wasn’t great though, the flowers could have easily been damaged, but luckily they arrrived in good condition.”

“I have happily ordered many times from Bunches always as gifts for family and friends who have been extremely pleased with their gifts, hence the reasons for re-ordering. Unfortunately this last order didn't quite fill the usual expectations as the flowers were not in bud form but quite open when received which has impacted their lifespan. On this occasion I did order for next day delivery and wouldn't consider ordering at short notice again.”

“Nice flowers, but stems are often broken when they arrive. I’ve had 2 subscriptions now and during both at least 1 bunch out of 3 has been damaged.”

“I was disappointed the flowers I ordered for someone’s birthday didn’t arrive on the day! It was pointed out to me when I sent a query email that with the Post Office they can arrive a day late. I hadn’t picked that up when ordering but I’ll not make the same mistake again.”

“I dont know what the flowers were line as they were delivered to my friend (eventually) but I wanted to review to make sure people think carefully about delivery. It isn’t entirely clear when you order that delivery is by Royal Mail. I asked for delivery on a Saturday and because the person wasn’t home they didnt arrive until Monday. Not ideal that the flowers had been sat at a delivery depot for two days.”

“Did not receive the colour flower that l ordered and was not advised that they were sending an alternative without asking if it was acceptable. The response when l emailed them was that it was in their terms of contract. How many people read the T of C when ordering f.lowers”

“I have used Bunches in the past and they have been very good. This time, they, as usual, delivered on time but my friend tells me the tulips were a bit ‘droopy’. They revived but when I saw them 3 days after delivery they weren’t looking their best. I was rather disappointed. Unfortunately, this may well be due to the fact that my friend’s birthday is around Mothering Sunday and maybe this explains why they were not as expected.”

“I'm really sorry but I was really disappointed with the Rose Plant I sent to my Mum for Mothers day. Only one of the buds opened and it looked really sorry for itself. The pot it was delivered in was also cheap looking and made of cardboard. The picture of it on the website looked great, but I suppose I should have read the small print. This is the only purchase that I've made from bunches that I've been disappointed in so will use them again. I requested the delivery for Sunday (Mothers Day), but it arrived on the Friday before”

“Despite placing my order on the 1st March for delivery on the 12th March the delivery arrived a day late. Would have thought with that much notice delivery could have been sorted for the requested day, this was for a birthday present and the birthday was the 12th March.”

“I was a bit disappointed with the tulip bouquet for my mother. Previous ones have been lovely and impressive but having seen this one when it arrived, I have to admit I was a bit underwhelmed - once in a vase they looked slightly better. It may have been my fault for not scrutinising the description more closely and I paid more attention to the photo. I will think twice before ordering from this site in the future.”

“Great service and very easy to use. Was slightly disappointed with the size of the flowers that I ordered for a neighbour, they sadly didn’t look quite as grand as I was expecting but apparently they have lasted very well.”
