“I bought a £30 bouquet as a gift for a friend, but despite trimming the ends & putting into water they never perked up with quite a few droopy flowers hanging down. There wasn’t any flower food provided, maybe that would have made a difference. I sent a message on the live chat to say I was disappointed with them as they looked really underwhelming compared to flowers I’ve bought from other online shops, but I didn’t get a response. The colours in the bunch were lovely, & delivery was on time but over all disappointed with the quality.”

“I ordered a hamper for a birthday gift. The contents were lovely and price was fair, BUT it arrived 24 hours late! In fairness I have never had a problem with Bunches before.”

“I ordered letterbox flowers as I was unsure the recipient would be home, however; the flowers were delivered to neighbour and not received until next day. This defeats the whole object of letterbox flowers. On the upside, they said they the flowers were lovely”
