“Cheap looking bunch of flowers, I could have bought better in Tesco. I’m disappointed with the flowers, the picture showing what will be received is not a true representation of what is received, even when the buds have opened.”

“Used to be very good however the last few bouquet's i've purchased have been awfully small. The flowers that were there were good quality just small. Sadly I will be going elsewhere for my flowers.”

“I have given three stars, because I did not receive or see the flowers. They were a gift for a friend far away. She received them on the day I requested and told me they were closed on arrival,but the next day open. I found the ease of ordering ok. I cannot give a total review as I only placed the order. How many people send themselves flowers, therefore how do you expect a Frank review.”

“Blooms NOT of a very fresh standard, also in need of water’ package showed signs of mishandling. Delivered on time. Have made use of Bunches before and was satisfied but not this time”

“I was at my sisters when the flowers arrived and was disappointed with how few chrysanthemum heads appeared to be in the bunch. There were more filler flowers. After a couple of days the chrysanthemums had opened up and were nice but the bouquet did not resemble the photo in your catalogue. I'm afraid I won't be ordering from you again.”

“Excellent for ordering and delivery. However the flowers bore little resemblance to the bouquet in the photo. Fair enough the contents were stated but it would be more honest to illustrate those than a much bigger bouquet. Despite this the recipient was delighted.”

“Flowers are great but each time I’ve ordered, three times between last December 2023 and last week June 2024 the delivery driver never knocked. So upon getting an email notification, I’ve had to call the person I’ve gifted, so that they can collect their flowers. The second delivery was even to my address, and it was left in the postal reception, again no doorbell ring. That’s absolutely ridiculous, and I have complained before but clearly nothing’s improved. So sadly I won’t be shopping with bunches anymore.”

“The flowers were lovely, but they were delivered a day later, Royal Mail left the box outside on a boiling hot day did not knock on the door the recipient was home all day following a family bereavement, overall this left me dissatisfied and I an unsure whether I would use bunches again”

“I have not used “Bunches” lately but used to often send flowers and was always more than happy with the service. I receive regular emails from you and noticed you did a Passion flower plant which I thought was quite original. So I ordered one to be delivered to my daughter and son in law on their anniversary. They live a distance from me but it was delivered on time to them . The problem is the plant, although looking healthy has no flowers or even buds but your photos showed flowers!!!! We are all quite disappointed with the gift!”

“Flowers were delivered in good condition and represented decent value. Sadly, they were delivered a day late which kind of defeats the purpose when you are recognising a special occasion.”

“I purchased these on behalf of my brother in law for my sisters birthday as I'd told him how good bunches are. The flowers arrived on time and in good order however we were slightly disappointed with the quantity compared to her other delivery's from the likes of M&S and Next, on a price comparison the others looked better value.”

“Items as described however I was able to choose delivery for next day and items dispatched straightaway but took 3 days to arrive so flowers weren't going to be the freshest on arrival. I shouldn't have been able to choose the option of next day delivery if not the case.”

“Flowers purchased for my wifes birthday. The quality of flowers from Bunches seems to have decreased while becoming more expensive. They were dying after a couple of days and some other flowers from a supermarket which were 20% of the cost lasted longer.”
