“The flowers were ordered as a letterbox delivery to ensure easy delivery even if the recipient was out. They were ordered on a Friday evening for Sunday delivery; I was uncertain as to whether they would actually arrive on a Sunday but, in fact, they did. My niece rang to thank me and said the flowers were beautiful. My only reason for not giving a 5 star review is that I haven't seen them and am sure I'd have been told they were beautiful no matter what! Thank you”

“The order process was easy but upon delivery the white rose plant was apparently in a sorry state which is not what I expected. This has been rectified but was supposed to be a thank you gift for my elderly aunt not to cause any stress for her.”
