“I have never been so stressed about a flower delivery in my life. Once the delivery was in the hands of the postal service, bunches wiped their hands clean. One of the worst client experiences, never again!!!!”

“I sent a bouquet to a relative for her birthday. They were delivered on the day and she was delighted with them. She said they were cold (it is January) but they soon perked up in a warm room.”

“The flowers are lovely and were delivered on time. I would have given them 5 stars but I've been inundated with emails from them since I placed the order which is definitely NOT appreciated. If I want to place another order with them, I will. I don't need to be badgered, thank you.”

“I contacted the recipient of the bouquet I bought the flowers were lovely but she didn’t know who sent them . I have had flowers before and the card is not really notice able could it be put in an envelope or made of thin card to make it obvious.”

“Flowers were lovely and delivered on time. Unfortunately Royal Mail left them by neighbour's garage and put card through wrong door so recipient had to go hunting when I alerted her. Otherwise all good.”

“Although, when the flowers got to their recipient, they were good, they were not delivered to correct address. Also they were not delivered on the requested day fir a birthday. On phoning Bunches they tried to tell me i had ordered them for 7th and not 6th, despite their own confirmation email stating 6th. Not impressed and will not use again.”

“Very pleased with the flowers. As described on the website. They were wrapped in paper rather than plastic, which was appreciated by my friend. On aarival a few were a bit floppy, but they bounced back. They lasted more than 2 weeks! My friend did recut them weekly and used home made flowerfood. Bought on sale, otherwise they would have been rather expensive, but I have ordered from other sites, this one is by far the best and seems eco-minded. Very happy and would reorder.”
