“I sent these to a friend for her birthday, so can't comment on their condition, or anything as I haven't seen her recently or visited her house. I can confirm she received them, but don't have a photo as she doesn't have a smartphone. However I'm disappointed that flowers no longer have a sachet of flower food with them. I think they should in order to keep them fresh-and it looks very mean and cost-cutting,as well a not in the flowers or recipients best interest.”

We'd like to reassure you that all our bouquets do include a flower food sachet – it's tucked inside the box with the flowers and care instructions. It's possible it may have been missed when unpacking, as it can sometimes settle at the bottom of the box during transit. If your friend hasn't found it, she can still keep the flowers fresh by changing the water regularly and trimming the stems every few days or even adding a spoonful of sugar. Please accept our sincere apologies for any disappointment this matter may have caused.

“I have used Bunches for years. Their website is easy to use and, in the past, the flowers I've bought have been good value. This time, I placed two orders for the same bouquet to be delivered to two different sets of friends on the day of our arrival to visit them. In both cases, the flowers were delivered on time. However, when I ssaw what my friends had received I was disappointed at the size of the bouquets. The bouquets I ordered were available in standard or large sizes. I opted for large and paid for large. It seems that Bunches definition of the word 'large' is somewhat different to mine. I wouldn't even describe what was received as medium. I was surprised and disappointed how small they were.”

“Unfortunately the flowers did not arrive on time, therefore missing my friends birthday. I did get an apology and a refund from the company very quickly. When they did arrive, all I will say is that it was very sparce. Not worth £22 and would have got more flowers in a bunch bought from a supermarket. A disappointment all round”

“We ordered flowers to be sent to our conveyancing solicitor as a thank you for her hard work to achieve a successful result. I ordered the flowers on-line; stating date and address for delivery.
