“Usually very pleased with your lovely flowers but my last order(sent as a gift) was not up to your usual standard. The recipient sent me a photo when they were delivered and I was very disappointed with the bouquet.”

“Beautiful peonies delivered. Staff very helpful when I thought wrong bouquet delivered. They were very helpful as my friend had several different deliveries due to bereavement and had got confused. Excellent value for money. Would definitely use again”

“Bunches never fail to please their customers with the beautiful flowers they supply. Once again they have sent beautiful Peonies that I ordered for my daughter who was delighted with them. The flowers were well packaged and arrived safely on the due date. I will always order from Bunches as I can be assured of an excellent service from them.”

“Fantastic service. I had to order flowers with little notice and arranged online for next day delivery. I had an issue with the print inside my card so I called the shop and the assistant was great and very helpful. The flowers were beautiful and arrived to my friend the following morning. I also liked that the flowers were tracked ao I knew when they had delivered. Thank you so much”

“My cousin bought me flowers from here and they were beauitful and lasted nearly 2 weeks! I was so impressed. This is why I decided to use them for my friend who was due to go into hospital for surgery in a weeks time. I requested next day delivery so I knew she’d get them yet they took 4 days to arrive. So she only had them a couple of days. Maybe that was my bad for not ordering sooner. But next day option shouldn’t be there if you can’t deliver next day.”
