“All good, the ordering and delivery however difficult sometimes to know if the arrangements are worth the money - the problem with ordering on line. However, it is something I have to put up as appreciate it is an easy way to send a gift for birthdays or a thank you. Same with all on line florists.”

“A few members have bought/sent flowers to each other recently and all are very pleased with the quality of flowers and all the services provided. I say that as I forgot to add the senders name to the order, informed Bunches and in no time the problem was solved. Received some yesterday for Mothers Day, once again all is great! Thank you. “I've ordered from Bunches for some years and have always found the system easy to use and the prices compare favourably with other companies. Recipients have been pleased with the flowers, which always arrive on the day requested, and say they last a long time. Another good aspect is the company gives to charity. (Note:- clicked below as deliverd by courier, then wasn't sure but could not delete)”

“Ordered well in advance for my Aunt's birthday and had an email promptly from Bunches with tracking available. They were supposed to be delivered by their 'trusted couriers' on Friday for her Birthday. They weren't delivered Saturday either,so i couldn't call Bunches as they were closed and the automated Tracking was useless as it couldn't be used as it was closed due to updating. She eventually got them Lunchtime on Monday. I have used Bunches quite a few times with no problems,but their 'trusted Couriers' left a lot to be desired.”
