The flowers just about looked like the pictures but a lot smaller and the baloons were also tiny.

All the Iris's had started to go brown and several of the Freesias had completely dried up. Very disappointed

During ordering it stated 97% of orders arrive the next day- this is why I chose this company. When order confirmation came through it was scheduled for 2 days from order, which was disappointing to start with as the Occassion was the next day. Then the delivery was delayed for an unknown reason with bunches unable to track the order. The flowers were attempted to be delivered on the 3rd day after order but only a calling card was left. The flowers then went back to the post office for the whole long weekend and were not in a good state when the recipient received them (and by now 5 days after the ocassion). I understand that royal post is used but there should be a note on the box to say they must be delivered that day as flowers being stored in a dark box for days was never going to end in a good result. Beyond disappointed with the whole process- would absolutely not recommend!!

It was acceptable. On arrival a few of the flowers were starting to go off and within a few days they all had.

I sent the spring blooms to my friend who'd just come out of hospital, When I visited her I was disappointed to see that the tulips had opened and were a little droopy, this was 3 days after she'd received the flowers. I've used Bunches quite a few times so was rather sad that this bouquet didn't meet your normal standards. It won't stop me using you, but I won't order anything with tulips in again!

The flowers were disappointing. Too few and too much filler. I won't be using this firm again.

Ordered on a Thursday for a Friday/Saturday delivery.....did not arrive until following wed/Thu ....not in brilliant order. However, previous experiences very positve. 😕

Very pleased that flowers arrived on time but unfortunately they weren’t in bloom when arrived so didn’t make as good a gift as I hoped.

I Have been chasing the arrival of flowers for my daughter. Having phoned customer services I was informed that they were despatched on Monday 30th. I explained that I have not heard from the recipient that they had arrived. I was appalled to be told flowers take up to 3 days to be delivered after they are despatched. Flowers travelling around in the back of a van for 3 days? ?

Delivery was good but the flowers arrived already in bloom with some of them already flagging. I chose the freesias from this site because it said that they would arrive in bud and last for 7 days. It also said that they would be scented and there is a little scent from the yellow stems but none from the other colours. This is the first time I have used Bunches as my Mum loves freesias and I thought they would be good but I am disappointed in the claims that they will last 7 days.

The flowers were sent by ordinary mail. I was not informed but I collected them on the second day in the post office. Flowers came the day before the date of receipt. They were already destroyed. I do not recommend.

I live in NZ and ordered flowers (Mystique Pink) for my mother in England for her birthday to arrive on around the 20th April. Ordering process was easy, choice was excellent and they arrived on the due date by normal mail but ... in a very thin cardboard box which was warm to touch. My mother is elderly. She loves flowers so opened them up immediately. The Alstroemeria only lasted for that same day and the carnations nearly a week. She didn't want me to tell you, the elderly don't like to make a fuss do they but I thought you should know. Sorry this review isn't more positive but in this instance you failed I'm afraid? It's handy for me with living so far away to order flowers from you but I have complained to you in the past as about 1 in 5 orders are not up to acceptable standard and I don't like to waste my money. I received what appeared to be a lovely bouquet of Bunches flowers in the post from my sister. However the irises were dead within 2 days and the freesias didn't last much longer; very disappointing indeed. I hope my sister didn't waste too much money on them. :-(

The flowers looked nothing like in the picture. I was very disappointed as there didn't even appear to be the right number of stems and there was a huge amount of gypsophelia include - the bouquet on the picture just had a small amount of this. The website and delivery are good.

The website was easy to use and the delivery was punctual, but three of the irises, in bud when they were delivered, failed to bloom and just turned brown and shrivelled. It was disappointing as I had ordered the spring bouquet to cheer up a friend who had recently had an operation.

Delivered on the wrong day. Ordered for delivery on the 17th April arrived the 18th. Flowers were half dead. This is the 2nd time Bunches have let me down. I will not be using again.

My friend was embarassed to show me the flowers which were wilted and past their best. They had not been transported with any water.

The flowers arrived 2 days early, were ordered for anniversary. Had no water pack/bag for travel, did leave a message but no reply and the Lilys did not look good after 5 days.

As advertised this delivery can take over a 1-2 day period and unfortunately unlike our courier delivery service is not 100% guaranteed to arrive on the day of your choice. I paid £10 for delivery on a Sunday morning ..... the driver could have knocked the door instead of just leaving them on the door step !!! AND before you come up with any excuses they WERE in AND there are THREE DOGS living there NOTHING gets past them !!!
