Box in which the flowers came in was wet and crushed. Some of the flowers wasn't fresh they look as if they were days old.

Despite my order being placed 2 weeks ahead of the delivery date, the flowers arrived a day late which as they were for a 70th birthday was unacceptable too me.

Having seen the beautiful bouquet advertised in The Simple Things magazine I thought I would give Bunches a try and order it as a treat for my birthday. However the pink bouquet arrived looking very lack-lustre and a bit sad and the variegated roses were browning on their edges. I thought it would pick- up after a few days but two of the peonies didn't even open up. Very disappointed.

Disappointed with chilli challenge plant ordered for Fathers Day. The pot was broken when I received it and with Fathers Day tomorrow I have insufficient time to replace it. The plant itself looks great. But the broken pot makes it look poor quality.

1- The payment option was very insecure with no bank approval before payment could be made. This is unacceptable with the internet fraud problem. 2- I had requested to have the flowers placed next to the bin if the resident was not at home. However, one would expect a courtesy note slipped in the door to notify the resident of the delivery of flowers so that they could be placed in water soonest. I will not be using your service again

Took longer than advertised to deliver, rang helpline who were less than helpful! Flowers were not as good a picture and looked quite cheap - which was fruit as they were meant to cheer up a colleague

Order and delivery all good, but this is the first time that I have not been impressed with the flowers. No feed was provided so we had to use our own and the flowers started to die after a couple of days... after 7 they are done. My wife was given other roses purchased on the same day from a supermarket, same feed and they are still going strong after 7 days. It is unusual for Bunches flowers but this particular bunch were not up to the usual standard at all.

I order flowers everytime with them, but this time, the last one, the message in the post card was incorrect and instead of letters, there were question marks. Totally disappointed...

I ordered flowers for my friend who was unwell .The photo showing the flowers was very different from the photo she showed me of her flowers and some of the lilies were open.very disappointing as I have ordered from bunches before.

Delivered a day late even though I ordered in plenty of time. Flowers were very poor and not worth the money, flowers looked wilted and only a small bouquet.

I received bouquet from my son and family- for my Diamond Wedding Anniversary of cream roses and freesias. The rose petals turned brown within 2 days which was very disappointing as previously flowers always lasted nearly up to 2 weeks.

The roses and freesia were delivered on 24th May. When I visited my sister two days later, the rose petals were already turning brown.

The images online are beautiful and the price very reasonable. But what comes in the delivery box is very disappointing for a standard bunch. Even to the extent that I had it delivered to my house to take to give to my nan and had to add another small bunch of flowers to it to not make it look so rubbish. Posting more realistic photos of the flowers in each size would help the customers chose more wisely in future. As whatever is pictured looks lovely but gave me false expectations.

I am sorry this time the experience using Bunches wasn't as successful as before , but I am not sure you have any control over what happened. I requested my bunches to be delivered On the Wednesday and told my friend to stay in which she did. On the morning she heard the letter box rattling and went to the door and found that a note had been shoved through to say they couldn't deliver because the parcel wouldn't fit through the letter box .as she is not well it was a difficulty to go and collect at the Bolton Post Office the following day the flowers had suffered because of the delay getting them into water . I hope you can look into this as I have lost confidence in using your service .

Delivery was quick and the flowers are pretty. However there should of been 36 stems and there were 26 and when you consider they were only carnations with a few freesias I think £30 was a complete rip off and wished I had gone to a high street supermarket instead. I won’t be using bunches again

I was very disappointed with the flowers they were nothing like it showed you they were called Picasso I phoned and complained they sent another bunch but I would have preferred them to be like they show you in picture

I inadvertently wrote the wrong address on the order. I phoned at 8.30am (as soon as it opened) and was told they couldn't contact the delivery company. I find this totally unacceptable, the correct address was 5 minutes walk from the wrong address. Bunches couldn't really care less. I won't be using this company again and wouldn't recommend them either.
