Flowers have not lasted like they normally do and they were a belated Mothers Day gift from my daughter and son-in-law as they were abroad on Mothers Day. All the other times we have had bad service we have had another bouquet sent with apologies. The female agent my husband spoke to this morning told us " their flowers are only guaranteed for seven days" I have never been advised of this when ordering and why do most of the flowers I have sent have been known to last for 3-4 weeks or more. Also there are no senior management /supervisors at work today will have to wait until Tuesday for a return phone call. We will see. We have been customers for 10 years or more but think we will have to take our business elsewhere.

I feel sad writing this because I’ve been using Bunches for over 15 years. I ordered two bunches of flowers for two people. One person received them and was thrilled, the other did not receive anything. Was a problem with Royal Mail, no problem, these things happen. However, the reply was only that due to the bank holiday weekend the flowers could not be resent until Tuesday 3rd April (her birthday was 22nd March!!) or I could opt for a refund. And that was that. No sugar-coating it, and no trying to win back my business. Like I said, it is a shame because after over 15 years of using Bunches I expected them to be better. So I’m afraid I will not use Bunches ever again.

The lady that the flowers were delivered to took a pic and Whatsapped me.....I was SO disappointed in the flowers. SPARSE was not the word....they were sad looking indeed. 19.99 for 6 stems. A big bunch of Tulips in Tesco is only £5 Sorry but won't be using you again

I ordered flowers for Mothers day and a Saturday delivery was shown as available which is why i chose to use Bunches, however the delivery arrived on the Monday after mothers day which was very disappointing for my Mother. In addition there was no notification that the delivery date was not going to be met.

Some of the flowers died within two days. The packaging was more akin to a book parcel than a bouquet. All in all poor value for the money. Will not be using this firm again.

I've very sceptical about your use of the Royal Mail system at all and the inability to find out in any way what has happened to your flowers. I think it is appalling that one cannot track the flowers without having used the courier system. When you send something to someone, often it is crucial that you know that (a) it has been received and (b) in a timely manner and (c) in a good condition. If the only way in which this can happen is by courier and at a cost then we might not be able to do business for much longer.

flowers were fine but left in a recycling bin and only discovered by accident the following day - just before the council collection.

Normally no problems-this time one of the Bouquets' that I ordered was delivered by being dropped over a 2 metre back gate!.Will consider others before using again.

They were beautiful flowers but only lasted 3 days. Bought them for mother’s got them to arrive before the day and they only lasted one day after mother’s day. It was a bit of a let down

I always use Bunches to send flowers and I am usually very happy, but this time the flowers I sent to Mum for Mothers Day were very disappointing. The iris and freesia bouquet was rather scanty, they came closed which was fine but were dead by day 5 whereas my brothers flowers also containing freesias and iris, from a leading supermarket are still going strong nearly 2 weeks later and cost a third of the price of the ones I sent. Very disappointing.

Bought my mother flowers for mother's day and they started to die 2 days later. This is the 2nd time this has happened for mother's Day. Usually I order flowers from this website 2 to 3 times a year and it's been good. I also sent flowers to my mother in law in January and they went bad as well v quickly

Used bunches for years and never had a problem ....... but sent some flowers and a sympathy card and was informed hope you didn’t spend much because they won’t last long

The flowers arrived in 3 bunch's not very attractively put together. The leaves on the tulips were turning yellow 2 days later

So much potential, prompt delivery, good size bouquet and well presented but they didn't even last 5 days. Such a shame. I usually buy from M&S but was getting tired of their range. (Their flowers usually last 10-14 days.)

I wanted them delivered on Saturday and they got delivered on Friday! Too early for mother’s day and there was no water in the arrangement.
