Flowers looked nowhere near as good as they did in the picture advertising them, very small bunch and several of the flowers looked like they were already dying. Also the tiny card that came with them hidden at the bottom of the box with off-centred text adding to the full thing looking cheap.

The flowers I ordered were delivered with no personalised card. The recipient had no idea who sent the flowers- very embarrassing!

Easy to order, prices not too steep. However, I was not aware the flowers would come in a box and by the time my wife received them many were wilting or dead. She told me I should give feedback as she was disappointed to receive them in this condition although she appreciated the gesture. She said that there wasn’t anything with the flowers in the box to help keep them fresh.

Birthday flowers arrived with soft and wilted leaves and in some cases black and shrivelled. 4 heads were snapped and hanging. Not very nice at all!

£23 bouquet did not arrive as large as pictured on the site. Probably smaller (and no better quality) than a £4 bouquet at Aldi

Whoever delivered them throw them over the side gate, no card left friend found next day and flowers only lasted 2 days a waste of £25.99

Valentines roses were great, lot better than the local florist used to deliver, But the 2 x 5th anniversary arrangements were well battered by time they arrived, the courier must have not treated them with the care they needed. So they didn't look anything like the photos on your web site, a great let down for such an important occasion.

My daughter sent me some of your orchids as a thank you, they only lasted a week owing to the fact that the stems were yellow and nasty when they arrived. I have sent these mysaelf on many occasions and they have been beautiful for weeks.

There was nobody in when they were delivered so were taken to the POST Office!! which was closed over the weekend. Fortunately they were still surviving when picked up but I would have thought they should have been taken back to the shop.

We do not have any shops as we are a flowers by post company, therefore all our gifts are sent from a main warehouse. The delivery policy is if there is no one home they are taken back to the depot where collection or a re-delivery can be arranged. I am pleased to hear the flowers were still of a good condition when they were collected. please accept our apologies for any disappointment caused - Bunches

After looking into to this i can see you ordered your gift on a Friday with a delivery date of Saturday or Monday at the latest, our delivery times are between 8am-6pm. We do offer a courier service if a guaranteed delivery date is required, however this is an additional charge of £5.99. Kind Regards - Bunches

I ordered a 3 month subscription for my Mum The Indulgence package £19.99, after reading an online review. Thought it was a great idea. It was easy to order and self explanatory. I emailed to say that I didn’t want any Lillies sent and the customer service team replied really promptly. When the first bunch arrived I was underwhelmed with the flowers and the amount that had been sent. Thought I would see about the second lot- again very small amount and not as stunning as the images online. These flowers however, lasted at least three weeks so they did really well. The last bunch, I was really disappointed with the quality and quantity sent. Plus, these flowers hadn’t been placed in any oasis to keep them watered... even my Mum was disappointed with these ones. I know this wasn’t the most expensive package- but I wonder what you get for the £16.99? The process was easy and the idea great. Just disappointed with the end result... I would say go for the higher priced package, but I’ve been put off now.

Unfortunately they weren’t delivered on time for my sisters birthday, she went away for the weekend and didn’t get to see them until she got back so they probably weren’t in all their glory. Phoned customer services on the morning they were supposed to be delivered and was told they would definitely be on time and they weren’t.

Thank you for your review. I'm very sorry to hear that you are disappointed regarding the delivery service of your recent flower gift. I have taken a look into your order and can see that you selected to use our free delivery service with the Royal Mail. As advertised unlike the courier services we offer this delivery is not a 100% guarantee to arrive on the day of your choice. As this service can take place over a 1-2 day period there is a 97% chance of arriving on the day of your choice however with this service there is also a 3% chance of arriving on the second day. I can see that your gift was dispatched as requested on Thursday 14th June for delivery on either Friday 15th or Saturday 16th June. Unfortunately the flowers were not fresh but almost dead when they arrived at my friend's house. It was meant to be a birthday surprise so it was a bit of a shame that the flowers hung their heads. Could have been better! The delivery was on time though.
