The plant arrangement I'd sent to my mother arrived whilst I was at her home; delivered by the postman despite my paying extra for 'courier' delivery. The plants looked past their best (a bit wilted with browned edges to the petals), except for the calla lily which was so juvenille as to be barely visible. Disappointing, but at least I saw my purchase so I know to try a different company next time.

This is what my friend who received the flowers said: 'To be honest, they weren’t fantastic ; the roses were a little bit brown even when they arrived and nothing lasted more than 4 or 5 days. Probably only give them a 5 out of 10.' This is disappointing.

The service was fine but the quality of the bouquet was poor, and the card was even worse.

I bought the Large Iris and Fresias bouquet for my mum, and I’m so disappointed. The bunch looked nothing like the image on the website. Plus, the iris died before they even came into bloom. It is 7 days now and nearly all the flowers are dead.

Irises came in bud and never bloomed. Flowers did not last as long as usual. Will be considering another company in the future.

The note is wrote was not included, instead the card showed the delivery instructions. Very disappointing.

Considering the price for the flowers, I upgraded to large, I was disappointed with what was delivered. Free delivery is advertised on site but I ended up paying £5+ so £35 for a small vase full.Doubt I will use again.

I have used bunches for years and found them very good until I had a problem. Unfortunately the recipient was in a nursing home (not known at the time of ordering) no notification of the flowers not being delivered. Contacted customer services who basically didn't want to know. Not the response I was expecting after many years of purchasing, never again will I use this company.

I cannot believe the flowers don't arrive in water - they were completely bone dry and limp - I paid for the secure delivery, thinking these would arrive bright and full of life! Not the impression I wanted to give the recipient of what should have been a beautiful birthday bouquet.

The bouquet did not have the amount of stems paid for, and looked far from impressive. The flowers died and withered after 4 days.

Had ordered flowers to be delivered the day before mother’s day, didn’t get them until Tuesday, by that time they were withered

Wanted flowers Thurs 29/3 as 45th Wedding Anniversary was Sat 31/3, & could not deliver then because of Easter. Arrived Weds 28/3. The Roses in the bouquet were drooping and petals were tinged brown, as if been over chilled/frost got at them when arrived & were falling off by Sat. & dead by Sunday. Far from impressed. The anniversary cake & Prosecco were included. So disappointed could not be bring myself to take issue (may have lost temper) and did not want to spoil the surprise for my wife. My wife is the computer wiz (I had had to get a friend to help at age 82 it's beyond me) Wife had ordered birthday flowers & cake for Aunt earlier in month & the cake was omitted, Wife sent e-mail & all sorted eventually a few days later!
