The flowers were okay....not the greatest, you will get more at the supermarket for the same price.....but yeah....i bought them as a gift and they are very pretty but it just look a little sparse, and theres nothing more cringeworthy than a sparse bouquet....

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. having used Bunches for many years in the past, starting when we had a post office and village store in the 1990's, and been satisfied with the bouquets and service all that time I felt it would be nice to send my wife a 70th birthday bouquet. The arrival date was met but the bouquet disappointed, in respect that there was only 1 very small stem of gypsophila and the freesia's were dying. The carnations were perfect colour and in good condition and are still looking good now. The piece of birthday cake was much appreciated and was excellent. Our first connection with bunches was at the Aston Villa football ground when the company was launched at a sub postmasters exhibition. I recall a free buttonhole being distributed at the time as a promotion for your new business.

Website is easy to use and good variety to choose from. Sadly they have not arrived on time despite ordering early.

Told bouquet was attractive but it arrived 3 days later than date given. Not much good if ordered for a special occasion.

Nice flowers but the box was too big for the letterbox. The letterbox is normal size.

While the flowers where beautiful, the whole surprise gift element was ruined when the flowers (in a box) where left at the entrance of the apartment building of the recipient rather than being delivered to the actual door. The recipient could have easily just not opened the apartment door to comply with the COVID-19 requirements. But the fact that she had to go outside and get it, ruined the surprise a little. So, nothing wrong with the flowers, the issue was with execution.

Hi I have always had wonderful flowers from bunches, usually gone for the most stems. This time I thought I would get the sunflowers, very disappointing, only one large and the others smaller. the accompanying flowers in the bunch was minimal. in fact some of the sunflowers did not open up. I will carry on using bunches just avoid the sunflowers bunches.

Sent a bouquet as a birthday gift to a friend. Ordered about a week before the requested delivery date but it did not arrive until three days later so missed the birthday altogether. The recipient informed me that a number of the stems were wilted and petals torn. Very disappointed I'm afraid and will not order from Bunches again.

Although arrived three days late the flowers managed to survive. Unfortunately the card had been left out so my friend didn’t know who had sent them.

This was not up TO there normal standard seemed fewer stems and some were damaged and broken on delivery.

The bouquet was very beautiful and was delivered on time. Unfortunately the bouquet was in the box the wrong way round, so the card was wet. Already after about four days the flowers had wilted.

Order was placed 2 weeks ahead to insure it would arrive in a timely manner. IT DID NOT! Delivery was attempted next day, when recient was not in A notice was left, but since the recpient was working the flowers languished in the post office 3 days. I don't know what they looked like. When I complaned to Bunches I was given the usual delivery blah-blah. I will not order from them again. There are more reliable services, which I have used.

The date the gift was ordered bears no relevance on when the gift is dispatched. As explained within our delivery terms the gift is dispatched 1 working day prior to your chosen date. Not that pleased with the flowers yes they were in bud when received but for the price paid not good value, they didn't last very long either.

My recipient was very pleased with the gift and sent me a photo. I noticed, however, that the Carnations had arrived not in bud, as described on the website, but almost fully in flower. I expect therefore that they will not look nice for as long as they should do.

The bouquet didn’t have much foliage in them as seen in the photo making them look quite cheap and sparse. I understand the flowers themselves may be limited to a certain number however, to replicate the same fullness and luxury of the bunch it needed extra greenery. I don’t feel the price I paid resembled what I received.

I didn't receive an email confirming receipt of my most recent order, and had to chase this up. I was disappointed that there was no telephone number given as a means of contacting you about this.
