I have been very pleased with my previous selections and so has the receiver however on this occasion I am very disappointed . The flowers looked like there were some missing. It was a supposed to be a surprise for my daughter's birthday she sent me a photo and I had to apologise to her as they looked awful compared to the other flowers she received on that day. I might as well have gone to the shop myself!

Recipient sent photo of flowers recieved.I was disappointed they looked poor compared to what I had ordered,I had upgraded to a larger bunch.

Unfortunately I was disappointed at the size of bunch compared to price. They were like a bunch I could have bought from supermarket for a quarter of the price.

was very disappointed balloon was tiny, card was just printed paper , was very embarrassed, to give this as a present

These flowers were for my boyfriend who Brother died in an industrial accident a few years back. I buy him flowers every year just to try and make him smile. The pictures online do not depict the actual bunch of flowers that he received. I went round at the weekend and they just look like something I could have gotten for £5 in my local supermarket. I will not be using this company again.

I was disappointed with the flowers which were sent. The picture on line looked lovely, when I went to visit my friend the actual flowers were very disappointing, looked nothing like the picture.

I was very disappointed, when I saw the flowers which I had ordered, I have ordered from you before, but not seen them. They were for my mother in laws 70th birthday so a special occasion , but when I saw what you got for the money, and the minuscule ballon, you need a microscope to see it. The bunch was the size of a small bunch of flowers from the supermarket, which cost a lot less money. So as you can tell I was very disappointed. I ordered online, as I don't live near her. Would think again before ordereing.

I asked for the flowers to be delivered on the Monday and they were delivered on the Saturday before.

Having looked into your order further I can see that you opted for the free First Class post delivery which takes 1-2 working days to deliver. We cannot guarantee any specific dates unless the courier is paid for. We do ask a preferred delivery date then we send out 2 working days prior this date if possible, so that a special occasion is not missed. This is explained when choosing your delivery date on the calendar, throughout our website and on your order confirmation. I do apologise for any upset or inconvenience caused.

I have used this firm loads before and always found the service to be excellent and the quality of the product was excellent, but sadly this time some of the flowers were on their way out when they arrived and there didnt seem to be many in the bunch, compared to the picture i seen on the website.

Very disappointed. Flowers looked nothing like images on website. Looked like a garage forecourt spray rather than a bouquet. Have used you several times and I am now embarrassed that I sent these flowers as gifts. Won't use you again

There was no message included , so my sister was not sure who send the flowers to her and she had to ring out and find out. Which is a bit inconvenient

I send these to people who will probably not be able to let me know if the flowers have arrived or what they are like so it would be good to have an email that it has at least been delivered. Thanks Maureen Coats

My order was not exactly as in the picture. I thought I bought a nice bunch of flower n cake but it came as miniature! Very disappointed and it was a gift formy friend/ccolleague, it was embarrassing.

Nothing wrong with the flowers, which arrived in time, but they did not represent good value for money. I could buy a similar bunch in Tesco for a quarter of the price - which I will do in the future.

I have used Bunches many times and normal receive delivery on time by 1st Class Royal Mail. For this order I paid for a courier as it was particularly important the flowers arrived on the Saturday. The recipients actually only received the flowers on the Monday even though they were delivered on the Saturday. I had given instruction for the courier in case nobody was at home to leave them out of sight near the front door but instead they were left with a neighbour. A simple note through the letterbox from the courier saying where he/she had left the flowers would have sufficed to avoid the two day delay.

Not Sure how to rate this delivery to be honest with you all. I ordered a birthday plant and cake for my mother but all that was delivered was the plant which I presume was the correct one ordered as no plant instructions/food was included. In response to my e-mail Bunches were very sorry and would look into this for me and send on the missing items which I hope will be carried through. If not I will be ending a long relationship.

Prompt delivery however, the postman shaking the package caused some of the icing on the anniversary cake to fall off. Having ordered the anniversary gift package, I was disappointed as the flowers that arrived, although meeting the written description, did not look anything like the illustration on the web site.
