I was rather disappointed with the flowers that I have ordered and had sent for my sisters' birthday. I ordered an l Bouquet only for a small bouquet to arrive when I had paid for a XXL size. This is totally out of order and surely not a true description of the order that I had paid for and shall not be ordering anything again from Bunches and will also tell my family and friends what happened to me.

The flowers I ordered arrived on time but I must say I was very disappointed with the flowers. They were sent as a gift and when I saw them, I was very embarrassed at what they looked like. I went for the most popular choice as they all looked so lovely on the website I had trouble choosing. I know they are only £20 but there wasn't half as many as I expected, they looked pathetic once they were put in a vase. I would not waste my money on them again

My Sister in Law broke her leg and I thought a bunch of flowers might help to cheer her up. I found a lovely looking bunch of flowers on the Bunches website and subsequently ordered them to be delivered the next day. The next day came and the flowers were delivered and I had an email from my sister in law thanking me for the flowers and she attached a photo of the flowers. This is when the disappointment hit as when I compared the photo of what I ordered to what was delivered it was like chalk and cheese. I feel that I was conned and certainly won't be using Bunches again.

Did come early which in some respects would be great however the anniversary was the date required and I did require them on that specific date. The flowers were no where near as full as it looked in the pictures and for £19.99 quite a small bunch.

We cannot guarantee any specific dates unless the courier is paid for. We do ask a preferred delivery date then we send out 2 working days prior this date if possible, so that a special occasion is not missed. I've been away on holiday for a month & came back last night. Whilst away I visited the person I'd sent the orchids to, only to find they had been damaged quite badly in the delivery. She was very disappointed with them as I was when I saw them. They appear to have been bent in half & consequently most of the stems were broken off & they couldn't be arranged nicely at all. Is there any way she could be recompensed as they were for her 70th birthday??? Thanks, Rosalyn Fisher.

The flowers ordered looked plentiful on the website. When my friend recieved them she sent me a photo of them and I was so disappointed. The flowers were thin and scrawny and looked nothing like the website image. I won't be buying from Bunches again.

The bunch looked absolutely different. For 35 pounds it looked cheap and poor. I've ordered it for special event and supposed that it will look good when will be delivered. Didn't happen. Probably in minimum 7 days it could look the same with the picture on the website.

Sorry - not up to the usual standard. The photograph sent to me by my friend (the recipient) does not look like the photograph against which I ordered from your on line brochure. Very disappointed.

Ordered flowers on a Wednesday to be delivered to my mother in law. They didn't arrive until Saturday. When I called the customer services department on the Saturday morning to ask why the flowers hadn't been delivered yet I was told it was down to Royal Mail. The 1-2 working day delivery target that they specify on their website is therefore not accurate. The customer service assistant told me because I'd ordered on Wednesday evening that Thursday didn't count???? When I enquired as to who I should call if the flowers still hadn't arrived by Saturday I was told I'd have to call back on Monday. The flowers, when they finally arrived were ok but I could have got better, cheaper in Waitrose. I won't be using this company again.

Thank you for your comments Peter. After looking into your order further I can see that you have chosen the free First class post delivery, of which is a 1-2 day service. You placed your order late Wednesday evening, therefore we would not have received your order until Thursday morning, we then dispatched your gift the same day for delivery Friday or Saturday at the very latest. I hope this information helps and I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Sadly the picture I chose and flowers that arrived were very different looking. I have been very leased in the past. But last bouquet was not very good.

Flowers returned to post office - no water - hence did not survive as recipient could only pick them up the next day.........

The whole idea is for flowers to arrive ON THE DATE REQUESTED HOWEVER, my daughter's birthday was on the 13 October (an ordinary Tuesday) to be delivered in our absence whilst on holiday......yes, you are right, they did not arrive on the day requested although ordered well in advance.....Although you do say that the request may be delivered one day either side I assumed this would apply to a day like Mothers' day. Obviously Mothers' day etc. are specific days but if delivery is requested for this day additional staff should be taken on for the additional requests. But in this instance......VERY DISAPPOINTED - WILL NOT BE USING BUNCHES AGAIN.

I've always been pleased with flowers from Bunches but have received 2 bouquets for my birthday, one of which were beautiful carnations which lasted 3 weeks. However the supposedly special roses were very disappointing as they only lasted a few days despite treating as advised, they didn't 'droop' but just dried up. Very disappointing and not cheap.
