I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my daughter & son Inlaw. It was they're 1st wedding anniversary. I order them for the Saturday. Firstly I was very disappointed how small the bouquet was for the price. Secondly I knew they were away till late Friday evening. Which is why I ordered them for Saturday. Instead they came Friday, some had withered in the box , as didn't come home till Saturday early hours. No card or anything threw the door. It was Saturday evening by the time we got them. Being stuck in box for so long. Also it states free chocolates, was not expecting bag of buttons. Would not recommend. I'm so upset and disappointed in quality.???????? mrs Marlene Felstead

Thank you for your comments Marlene. We are sorry to hear of the disappointment caused on this occasion. Having looked into your order further I can see that you opted for the free First Class post delivery which takes 1-2 working days to deliver. We cannot guarantee any specific dates unless the courier is paid for. We do ask a preferred delivery date then we send out 2 working days prior this date if possible, so that a special occasion is not missed. This is explained when choosing your delivery date on the calendar, throughout our website and on your order confirmation. With regards to the flowers they should not have arrived wilted at all, would it be possible for you to contact our customer support team so we can look into this further for you. Having used Bunches many times in the past and always been delighted with the flowers we sent/received. I came home from work today to find the flowers I ordered for my wife's Birthday far from what I expected. The Mystique Pink Bouquet which I ordered appears to have half the amount of stems shown in the picture. To be perfectly honest I could have gone to my local garage forecourt and bought twice the amount of flowers for half the price.

Thank you for your comments Jacqueline. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy on this occasion. Our flowers are despatched whilst still in bud and so the arrangement will look smaller than the image displayed online when it arrives; this is to ensure a maximum vase life and limit damage during transit. The stems will need to be placed in luke warm water to encourage the buds to open. Disappointed as when flowers opened they were no where near the quantity and display shown in the photograph

Ordered on Friday - was told latest would arrive Monday. Dispatched Friday, arrived Tuesday. So they had been sitting in transit for 3 and a bit days, I suppose I should count myself lucky the flowers hadn't died!

I sent flowers to my mother as she had been in hospital. I saw them on Skype when I spoke to her and was very disappointed that they didn't look nearly as nice as the picture.

I placed an order on Thursday to be delivered on the standard delivery service. I expected them to be delivered on Friday or Saturday but they only arrived on Monday!

I have ordered flowers from Bunches on several Occasions and the recipients have always been delighted. However, last week I sent the flowers to my new granddaughter i.e the flowers and teddy for a new baby girl. When I saw them I was totally disappointed especially when I thought about how much they had cost. There were very few floors and certainly didn't look very fresh. The 'monkey' was rather small too. Overall a very disappointing delivery unlike the wonderful arrival of Louisa.

I ordered the Happy Birthday Gift for my wife. Ordering was easy and the order arrived on time by courier. However the flowers were a big disappointment. They bore little resemblance to the advertised flower arrangememt on the website; and instead of receiving "Lavender Freesias joined by a delightful mix of purple, white and purple-edged Spray Carnations and delicate white Gypsophila..." as advertised, we received 12 pink, white and tellow carnations. The flower heads are small and, even after siz days, many of the flowers have not yet fully openend, or are still in bud.

The flowers that were delivered did not match the photograph of the product. The quantity displayed in the photo was misleading compared to what was sent. The dismally small "bunch was disappointing and I was tempted to return them as I could achieve a much better bunch locally at a much cheaper price.

Apologies for the poor review, the value and service from bunches itself was very good but I was appalled by the delivery! Unfortunately royal mail did not bother to try and leave the flowers with a neighbour and did not leave any kind of indication on the note pushed through the door to indicate to the recipient that the parcel they had missed were live flowers. These were flowers for a friend in sympathy for the loss of a loved one, when she tried to collect the parcel from the royal mail office, she was told they were not able to collect for 24 hours. This meant the flowers were left at the delivery office from friday through to Monday evening. By the time they were finally able to collect,the flowers were past their best and the gesture to try and make a friend feel better was actually a rather bitter sentiment. I feel that the fault is with the deliverer who failed to indicate on the note pushed through the door that the parcel was live flowers and should have been collected asap rather than being left over a full weekend due to the postman simply not bothering to write live flowers on a note! What a disappointment.

For years Bunches has been my automatic choice. But the last 90th birthday gift to my Mum was poor vfm and unimpressive. So I shall think before ordering again.

The flowers, although delivered on time, were rather the worse for wear. They had no moisture round the stalks and some of them were definitely drying up. SInce I ordered them about ten days before the due date, I wonder if they had been put into the box too early, and, as I said, no moisture round the stems. Also the little teddy looked extremely battered - even his eyes were squint. Donald Maclean

Didn't arrive on the day specified in the email, most other companies do next day delivery, so will use them. Disappointed really as promises shouldn't be made. Don't worry about the 10% as I can confidently say I won't use Bunches again.

The flowers were tiny for £30! They also came a day before my moms birthday so it wasn't a surprise! They'd been in the porch for 5 hours!

Very disappointing, order from Moonpig instead. the flowers from bunches were not as depicted, I could have bought twice as many flowers, better quality and at half the price from any good florist or supermarket. The free chocolates were nothing more than a kiddies party bag. I felt ripped off and I ended up buying extra flowers and chocolates to make it a decent gift, spending nearly as much money again. The pictures shown on the site must be for the extra large bunch which still are not good value for money.... Order from Moonpig!
