I was disappointed with what I paid for these flowers they were very expensive (even with the discount ) for what they were. Sad because it was sent to my daughter becoming engaged.

I was really disappointed that the lovely pink and white flowers ordered were a bunch of white and purple flowers which looked like they'd of cost £5 in a supermarket. Also (this is not bunches fault) but the postman didn't knock and so took them to the sorting office where it took 2 days to get them back so they were even more worse for wares when they arrived. I will not be using Bunches again sadly:(

Thank you for your comments Zoe, I apologise for the confusion caused on this occasion. Having looked into your order I can see the Berry Charm bouquet was ordered of which is mainly made up of purple and white flowers. We include a full description of the flowers on our product pages so our customers know exactly what to expect within their gift. With regards to the delivery, I do sincerely apologise. It unusual for the Royal Mail not to knock, as this is there policy to do so and will be something we need to look into further with them. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

My recent order was delivered to the correct address but unfortunately had the wrong greeting card attached. Only by process of elimination to find the sender did they manage to find out who in fact sent the flowers. I am disappointed and will be wary of using Bunches flower service again!

The white Chrysanthemums from our Venus selection were clearly beyond their best; wilted and discoloured. They died completely the next day. Quality control needs to improve. Sorry, but I'm now reluctant to use you again for important gifts.

I am very disappointed in the quality of the flowers which looked nothing like the online photo. They arrived very crushed in the box and the purple flowers did not come out as they were too crushed.

The parcel came one day earlier, nobody was at home, so we got a post slip. Next day I waited all day for delivery as planned, nothing came. The day and evening was ruined.

Having looked into your order further we did send your gift on the date requested, however as there was no answer at the time of delivery, the delivery could not be made I am afraid. If no delivery instructions are provided to leave the gift the Royal Mail will take the gift back to the local depot either for the recipient to collect or to have them redelivered at a more convenient time. Nice flowers but think it needs to be a bigger bunch for the price you pay! If you bought 3 bunches of £10 flowers from your local supermarket you'd get a bigger and better bunch. Plus the cardboard box they were delivered in was all soggy and water on the card. Don't think I'd order again from here.

Flowers spare and not as picture on site indicates. For the price and postage on top I could buy larger better flowers at a high street florists!

I ordered a delivery for my elderly aunt in the UK for her 95th birthday. The delivery of flowers, butterflies, and cake arrived on time October 30th, 2015 to the Care Home where she is currently residing. I have just spoken with my sister who was with my aunt when the package was opened only to find the flowers were dying and in terrible condition. I must say that I have had great success previously with your service, but this one - a rather special occasion for my very elderly aunt was very disappointing. My sister tells me that the flowers were not kept in water cases or sponge bases for each one. This sister knows how the flowers should be as she herself has received a delivery from me through your service two years ago on her birthday and she also is responsible for floral arrangements at her local church every week during the year. My sister was very verbal about her disappointment which I am passing on to you. I did not spend my hard earned money on something I thought would be disappointing. Our flowers are despatched whilst still in bud so the arrangement will look slightly smaller than the image displayed online when it arrives; this is to ensure a maximum vase life and limit damage during transit. The stems will need to be placed in luke warm water to encourage the buds to open. I ordered the flowers to be delivered which arrived a day early. better than being late but when ordered for a specific date they should be delivered then especially when it was a special occasion.

Thank you for your comments Steven. Having looked into your order further I can see that you opted for the free First Class post delivery which takes 1-2 working days to deliver via Royal Mail. We cannot guarantee any specific dates unless the courier is paid for. We do ask a preferred delivery date then we send out 2 working days prior this date if possible, so that a special occasion is not missed. This is explained when choosing your delivery date on the calendar, throughout our website and on your order confirmation. I do apologise for any upset or inconvenience caused.

please note everyone when they say flowers may be in bud to last longer it really means you get a bunch of poor looking buds that look like you spent a fiver at most. Nothing like the pictures and most buds don't open either so if you want flowers to arrive like the pictures use someone else!! I was so embarrassed to see my name on the card. £35 wasted looked like £5 - £10 buds from cheap shop. Dreadful.

Thank you for your comments Sally. I am sorry you have been disappointed with your latest flower order. We do dispatch the majority of our flowers whilst still in bud, this is mainly to protect the flowers from being damaged whilst in transit. Certain flowers (such as Carnations, Lilies and Tulips) are sent directly from our growers still in their bud stage and to prevent any further damage to the flowers whilst in transit we try to keep them in the same stage as when they arrived, until they reach your recipient. This is also beneficial for the recipient as it means that they will be receiving the freshest flowers possible and will be able to enjoy them for much longer. The flowers will need to be placed in luke warm water with the sugar solution we provide to encourage the buds to open. However if you do ever find that any buds do not open please contact our customer support team so we can look into this further and make it up to you. With thanks and apologies.

I was very impressed with the speedy delivery, they arrived the day before expected. I was however VERY disappointed with the flowers. I felt I could have got better value from my local supermarkets in terms of quantity of flowers. I appreciate that the flowers were in bud for longevity however that is how I always buy flowers. I had to suppliment the bunch with more flowers before I could gift them to my daughter for a special occasion.

i ordered the sushine bouquet for my mums birthday. I normally use Seneta flowers but spotted bunches online. i thought the blooms were a nice change and therefore placed my order. my mum sent me a picture once delivered and i was very disappointed in the flowers that were delivered. the flowers did not resemble in anyway the full blooms shown on your website. i was at my mums during the weekend and saw the flowers for myself. they were far from the wow factor and i will not order from bunches again. they were very disappointing indeed and i think supermarket flowers are better than the bouquet i ordered from you. i did send apicture with my complaint so you could see for yourself.

I thought I was buying from Marks & Spencer. I was surprised finding myself paying for these flowers to a company Bunches that I had never heard off until last Friday. The flowers were for a work colleague so I saw these when she opened the box and they were disappointing. A small bunch of flowers all crunched up in a box with disappointing free chocolates and two soft toys. I would have neen better off had I bought them at my local M & S or Waitrose branch.
