My flowered were dead within a day. Will never use again!! Paid £20 for nothing.

I have order from you many times but I must say I was very disappointed with the flowers that my Daughter in law received on her 40th birthday and couldn't believe the small amount that was in the bunch. I shall think twice before ordering from you again in the future.

Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey, therefore they do need a little time to bloom and resemble our online image. Flowers were all brown around the edges. They looked in a awful state. The box was all dented. I won’t be using them again

Never known such disgraceful service in my life. The flowers came via post with NO water in the package. That was at least two days without water. One bunch survived, the other was completely withered. What a waste of money. I shall never use the site again.

Hi there, I’m really disappointed to write a review in the recent delivery of flowers on mother’s day to staines UK. The flowers were old not fresh at all and the recieval person was not happy to recieve old flowers;(

Very disappointed with flowers they were nothing like they looked like in the pictures and when I ordered a balloon it was the size of a £1 coin which was ironic as they sell them in the £1 shop, would always buy local in future cheaper, better quality and support local businesses Bunches 1/10 awful

I ordered a bunch for a friend living miles away from myself. I’m in Devon, she’s in London. I had sent her images of lillies for weeks before I ordered the bouquet. I ordered a bouquet online that was heavy with lillies .. however it arrived just as a bunch of carnations. Nothing dazzling in the slightest. Really disappointed and won’t be recommending or ordering ever again.

Were wiltered and tired looking when arrived. Expensive but not value for money complained and they didn’t give a monkeys Won’t use again

Really really disappointed. The gift was embarrassing when it arrived at our office. A tiny limp bunch of what looked like cheap supermarket flowers, accompanied by the worlds smallest balloon and I’m not sure I even saw a cake??! I’ve marked it as damaged as I’ve been meaning to contact you due to the terrible quality.

Really poor delivery service. I requested that the delivery man wait for her to get to the door, but clearly they didn't as a calling card was left and the perishable flowers sent to an office. Since my grandmother is housebound, struggles to move about and suffers from dementia she wasn't able to reschedule a delivery. I was told nearly two months later that they had been sent back to the office and disposed of, but was refused any kind of refund or redelivery option.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear the recipient didn't get to the door in time when a delivery attempt was made. The delivery policy is that if the recipient is not available to accept the gift this will be taken back to the sorting office, after leaving a calling card that should be marked perishable. Unfortunately as the gift was not collected this was later returned to us, at which point we contacted you. Sadly our free delivery option is not traceable therefore we were unable to inform you the gift was not collected until it is returned to us. I purchased flowers from Bunches website for my wife’s birthday on 3rd May. The flowers looked good but unfortunately, after a few days we noticed they were looking tired with the Iris fading and going crispy. In fact, within 1 week, the flowers were withered and a sorry site and are now in the garden waste bin. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed.

Very poor standard of flowers in the delivery I received, some almost dead other dying within 1 or 2 days. Bunches sent a replacement after I made a complaint, but the replacement flowers were not much better. Not at all a good standard of product.

Ordered flowers to be delivered on the 10/5 but as by Royal Mail you said would be today 11/5 but still not arrived very disappointed Ann Bates

The flowers I ordered wasn’t delivered asked for 10/5 but was told not guaranteed so would arrive today 11/5 contacted my friend no flowers do disappointed Ann Bates

I ordered a beautiful boutique of flowers for £25 with chocolates and a card for an 80th birthday... I was extremely disappointed. The bouquet that turned up was half the size than online... so was the chocolates and the card was very cheaply made, could have printed one off my own computer that had better quality. The box was all battered, was not delivered with care. Very unhappy.

Flowers arrived with broken heads - some squashed. Not in water. Roses had brown petals. Had obviously been tipped upside down.

I placed an order due to a recent bereavement, given terms and conditions displayed via website and choosing a calendar date for delivery 48 hours after ordering, I was disappointed to receive a communication from intended recipient to advise flowers had not arrived. I find this insensitive of the company given flowers chosen from the sympathy range via website, to add monies were taken within seconds of the order placed. Due to being away on holiday within the UK, I had limited options to send flowers and I still await confirmation of their delivery from recipient and optimistic to say the least of their condition when arrive, given reviews read. I shall be more thorough in checking reviews of company in future and do not expect companies to take advantage of peoples vulnerabilities in the given circumstance. I would suggest dates/timings of delivery via calendar options when ordering more precise and if an order cannot be guaranteed, then do not show as an option, over optimism I fear from the company; leading to a complaint, which does not add to expectant customer service for the purchaser or a good review for the company for future prospective unguarded customers.

Ordered Flowers for my mum which looked absolutely beautiful in the image. When they arrived, they looked completely withered and dead when she opened the box and we were optimistic and just hoped that with some water and time the Lillies would blossom and the other flowers would look more alive. The bouquet did not improve at all and pretty much were binned straight away - the worst flowers I have ever had delivered, especially for the price and I would not recommend this site to anyone. So disappointed!
