If I could have chosen no stars I would have. Flowers were nothing like the website and the customer service is horrendous, asked me to rearrange to try and look like the website! Awful dont bother

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey, therefore they do need a little time to bloom and resemble our online image. The bouquet of choice is not from our hand tied range and would need to be arranged on arrival. Please accept our apologies for any disappointment this has caused. Kind Regards - Bunches

I ordered flowers to be delivered on Monday 16th Sept, they must have arrived on Saturday 14th as we arrived home 2pm on Sunday and they were sitting on the door step in the sun, when opened they were totally had it - had to bin them - what idiot delivers to an empty house and leaves flowers in bright sunlight 2 days before they were due.

We do send a confirmation email so the details of the order can be checked and changed if necessary. We are sorry to hear that no-one was home to accept the gift. The delivery policy is to leave a calling card if the recipient is not home, however if a safe place can be found they may leave at the property to save the recipient the inconvenience of have to collect this. Flowers from daughter for our wedding anniversary costing £34 were posted 6th September and delivered Saturday 7th September. On opening box the white flowers had already started to turn brown (as shown on photo) and by Monday 9th September all the blue delphinium flowers had fallen off.

Am not able to get past "Place Your Order" try as I may I cannot get to do that ? I get taken back to the many lovely arrangements and not to checkout. My order does not get to my basket?

Very poor experience. Flowers sent, taken to post office, collected within 48 hours due to opening hours. 4 days after ordering, they were dead so '7 day freshness' guarantee appears to be useless! Caused unnecessary upset and distress to friend who had experienced a bereavement (purpose of flowers) as she had to collect dead flowers.

I TELEPHONED MY ORDER FOR THE SWEET ROSES WITH THE LOVELY PINK SURROUND ON THURSDAY, AND MY AUNT RECEIVED THEM TODAY, SHE SAID THEY ARE REALLY BEAUTIFUL ESPECIALLY BEING HAND TIED AS IT MADE IT EASIER FOR HER BEING 89, I REALLY WOULDNT GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR MY FLOWERS AS I KNOW I WILL ALWAYS GET THE FRESHEST AND BEST FROM BUNCHES AND THE STAFF ARE ALWAYS SO LOVELY WENDY 10/10

My wife ordered flowers for her parents wedding anniversary. Flowers were delivered to the wrong address but kindly driven round by the surprised recipient. Flower arrangement contained different flowers to the one ordered (sunflowers - which didn't suit it at all) and a third were wilting already. I emailed Bunches and got an appropriate reply which resulted in a full refund. I'm pleased with that outcome but would have much preferred to be giving 5* not 1*.

I ordered the Summer Breeze bouquet for my wife's birthday and (I) was very disappointed. I'd describe this as a posy, the picture is quite deceptive, 3 small sun flowers one yellow rose & one spray of each stock and daisies, how the flowers look on the website is not what you receive. And despite changing the water daily the flowers were done after 5 days, so much for 7 day guarantee. I've used bunches before but I won't be anymore.

Really disappointed. Didn't resemble the picture at all. Most disappointing, underwhelming bunch of flowers I've ever seen! I was mortified when my mum showed me the flowers she received. They barely look worth a quarter of the price. Wouldn't recommend.

Hi , I have used bunches for years, but I’m disappointed lately i have tried several times to place an order for 6 th Sep , but I could not change the calendar Just seemed to be set for orders for August,

Very poor flowers were fora70th birthday and all dead before the end of day three the roses looked like they were brown as the heads came off the stem

Flowers died within a a couple of days. However, one quick email to customer services and the problem was resolved. So 1 for flowers but 5 for customer service.

Ordered letter box flowers for my mum (Ruby Jo) the following afternoon I get an e.mail to say due to an issue with the supplier they were unable to send the flowers I wanted and sent an alternative (Chelsea) I looked up the alternative and they were completely different. The ones I wanted were lovely and colourful, the ones they sent were white and cream, surely if you send an alternative you try to get as close to what was ordered. I e.mailed the customer services and they kindly refunded 50% of the cost which I was happy with until my mum sent me a picture of the flowers received and well to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. She has been on a flower course and knows how to arrange flowers but these still look awful! The leaves look as if they are going to die any day and there’s hardly any flowers compared to greenery! Luckily I had £10 off as it was my first order and with the £8.50 refund I’ve only paid £8.50 although I don't even think they’re worth that! Will never use this company again......

My friend sent me a bouquet for my birthday. 1 - didn't look anything like the picture she was so upset as spent quite a bit of money on it. 2/ the roses were half dead (only lasted 1 day) My friend asked for some kind of refund - not given and very bad customer service. If your reading reviews go elsewhere is my advice.

Paid for courier delivery and the flowers never arrived,leaving my best friend with no birthday present. Very disappointed. I have ordered from Bunches numerous times previously without any problems. emailed Bunches who were quick to respond, informing me that the courier had lost them! They offered redelivery or a refund and I chose the latter.

I have never ordered from them before they were on time however they were not like the picture at all. I do have pictures of what they should have looked like and what they actually look like but I won't order again from them unfortunately, in fact I should be offered a refund.

You didn't deliver and then blamed us for giving you an incorrect address, an address we would have no knowledge of. We've had two different excuses both boil down to WE made a mistake, they don't accept they may have made a mistake. Dreadful service, wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.
