Got flowers for my mum who's in a care home had to have them delivered due to covid which was a great service but when care home sent me photo's I was very dissapointed as only look like sboiy 4 flower in a brown paper bag 🙄

They came in a squashed box, looked nothing like the picture. Very disappointed!!

Flowers looked nothing like what I had ordered which is extremely disappointing, especially for the price. The Lily's are also the only thing that's lasted but I'm sure that's due to them taking a week go open anyway. Not the worst but not worth the price and won't be ordering again sadly.

Hi, Delivery was as stated but I must admit I wasn’t impressed, I feel I could have paid less and got a nicer bunch of flowers from a petrol station. It’s a shame as they were for my elderly grandmother who we haven’t seen for ages due to covid. I probably won’t order again.

Made two separate orders. One came on due delivery date the other was a day late which was disappointing

Ordered on a Sunday evening............. delivered on a Thursday late afternoon, not good! When I contacted customer service I was requested to inform the person I was surprising with the flowers to check if Royal Mail had left a calling card! Ended up not much of a surprise

The delivery policy is if the recipient is out for the gift to be taken back to the depot and a calling card is left, we do require the to be checked before we can take this further. The flowers were beautiful but sadly the delivery with Royal Mail was shocking. The time they stated for delivery was 3 hours too early, a card left to say they weren’t in, they were! You can only collect from Royal Mail between 9 and 9:30 am due to Covid! Or wait 2 further days to be redelivered. Thank fully an employee who overheard the conversation, took pity on my pensioner mum, in a tier 3 zone and relays on public transport, and got them out of the back, Where they were all along, instead of making her wait another 2 days for fresh flowers. Not the best experience.

Very disappointed as I ordered flowers on 13th October to be delivered on 17th to our good friends who were celebrating their golden wedding. The bouquet was delivered on 19th having been in Royal Mail depot since 16th. Most upsetting

Flowers & chocolate ordered with 4days to delivery date on a Saturday.. for a Sunday birthday ....delivered on Monday mid afternoon ......states at delivery method 2days for royal mail but orders are not processed till the day before your delivery date so if you want a Saturday delivery order it for Friday then you might get it ON TIME!!!!! This should be on your delivery payment page, not hidden in the terms and conditions....Won't be using this company again

I was very disappointed with my last order!, the quantity of flowers within the bunch was poor!, they looked lost in the vase. Having ordered before and been very happy I am surprised my last order was so bad. I can supply photos if required.

When my flowers were delivered they were slightly crushed and didn’t look any where near as big as the photo. They were sent to my friend who is a florist and she got them looking a lot better after a day or so

Very disappointed with the flowers For the amount of flowers in the bunch it seemed hardly worth sending them out I've ordered a few times and they have been fine before. May have to re- think who to use next time now

Disappointing. Ordered large pink blush arrangement for my wedding anniversary. Arrived early in the day by dpd, which was great, but they were squashed in a box and so all crumpled inside.

was disappointed when my daughter in law showed me a picture, they arrived in a box but plain cardboard which matched the wrapping and to be honest i would have paid £7 in tesco for same bunch, delivery was late in the day

The flowers looked absolutely nothing like the picture! They were not rainbow coloured and lacked in actual flowers. I won’t use you again

Unfortunately I have heard from the recipient that some of the blooms were wilting on arrival. I am disappointed as this was a gift, and have I have always been satisfied in the past.
