In this particular instance unfortunately the flowers were 2 days late, even though I ordered with plenty of time in advance. The flowers were beautiful but sadly some elements were damaged and/or drying out upon receipt. I know post is tricky with Covid and in hindsight I could have chosen a different delivery option but at extended notice didn't expect a post issue. Previous bunches deliveries have been good and I'm a repeat customer

Ordered flowers for my daughters birthday. Arrived two days too late. Flower not in the best condition after three and a half days in transit. Overall not a very satisfactory experience, and i will not be using them again whilst they use Royal Mail delivery

Our free delivery service is based on a 1-2 working day delivery with 90% of gifts arriving on the date selected. As this is an extra product this is sent with the gift in a separate sleeve for the recipient to arrange into the flowers themselves. As the person who ordered the flowers I received e mail updates on the tracking of the flowers but all e mails addressed me as the recipient of the flowers and not as the sender. This did not give me confidence that the flowers were received with the correct message.

As a gifts by post company, you provide us with the recipients name for delivery, however we hold your email address, therefore we send the email to yourself to let you know the gift is on its way/arrived etc. Please accept our apologies for confusion caused. I’ve now placed two orders with bunches in the last 2 weeks for different people. The second bunch was for my partner as I’ve not seen her in weeks as I’m away from home. The flowers arrived and were half dead, she didn’t want to tell me at first but eventually she did. I raised this with bunches customer service who apologised and said a second bunch would be dispatched. While the customer service was good it’s disappointing that half dead flowers were sent out in the first place. Unsure if I will use again due to this.

Flowers didn't arrive on day. When I emailed the customer service department and asked them where it was and that this was for my mum and dad anniversary I was told that if I want to to arrive on the day I should have paid the extra and the person didn't seem to be customer friendly. This means when you pay and use the free service it will be delivered by Royal mail and you won't get seven days of freshness. When it did arrive it was three days late and I was told by my mum that some of the flowers were broken and others were dead. I emailed them again and was given a full refund after I explained to them that this was nowhere near the seven days freshness.

I was asked when I wanted the flowers to be delivered , this is a waste of time as the flowers arrived the day after

As a regular customer of bunches I was very disappointed on this occasion. I ordered the flowers for my MIL birthday and even requested the delivery for the day before (friday) to allow for any delays. The flowers arrived on the Monday and were not as fresh as they should be and she will not get long out of them as a result :-(

I received a trio of mini rose bushes. They’d been planted so loosely in their container that when they arrived, most of the compost was in the bottom of the box (or all over the blooms). I gave them a good soaking, as the compost was bone dry, too, and then planted them in a trough in my garden which I kept watered. I now have 2 dead plants and one struggling to survive. Your cut flowers may be the best, but your plants, in my experience, really are not. 😢

I was disappointed that the offer code advertised on the search engine was not valid and that the flowers were not delivered on the day I anticipated. However once recieved the recipient was happy.

I recently ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mothers birthday which cost £23 incl postage with a 10% discount code - sadly I was disappointed when I saw them as there was only 1 lily 3 pink carnations one or two other flowers which I think were alstroemerias and three pieces of gypsophelia - they looked quite lost and I really felt were not value for money when compared to a £10 bunch of flowers from Tesco for example. Such a shame - helen

Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey, therefore they do need a little time to bloom and resemble our online image. Ordered for the first time and I was very disappointed. The flowers looked nearly dead when delivered and didn't resemble the ones I'd picked from the images on the website. I could have got some from the garage for a lot less money and they would have looked better. They did pick up a couple of days later, but they still didn't look like the ones I picked.

Ordered on Friday for Monday delivery but received an email on Monday lunchtime to say that there was an issue with the ordering system and that my order would be a day late. I emailed back to say that the person who was expecting the flowers wouldn't be in the next day so had to change the delivery address. The flowers were due to arrive on Wednesday but received an email from DPD to say that no answer when they tried to deliver however the person confirmed that no one knocked. Flowers were then delivered on Thursday!!!!

Flowers were attempted to be delivered on correct date (Tuesday 22nd September), by the time my Mother-in-Law got to the door the person had left a note to redeliver! It seems that they didn't wait(She's not infirm)! Usually the flowers are put in her porch. She phoned immediately for redelivery and the earliest available was for the Saturday 26th September. When the flowers did come they were obviously the original bouquet as the flowers and leaves were all wilted. Luckily once put in water they picked up a bit, but probably won't last very long. Very disappointed. Difficult to answer the questions below as they are all N/A.
