I chose a bouquet advertised at £37 - it looked lovely in the photo. When I bought it there was a 25% off offer. I can see now that I was not getting a £37 bunch of flowers at all. In fact even with the 25% off the bunch was disappointing - small - lack lustre- nothing like the photo. I had bought as a gift and I had to buy another present as I was embarrassed with it. I wanted to give another company a try but won’t use again.

Order delivered 11/11 excellent when arrived thrown out today very short life. This is the first time I have had reason to complain

On time delivery ordered flowers cake and candle. Candle and cake beautiful, although flowers were fresh there was hardly any flowers in the bunch so disappointed with what arrived and looked nothing like the picture on website. I was unhappy as these flowers were for my mums 70th birthday and ordered them as I could not see her because of lockdown. Sorry but would not use these again.

I was disappointed to hear my sister didn't receive her flowers on her birthday. I ordered the flowers in plenty of time and requested for delivery on her birthday if possible AM slot. I was never told it wouldnt be possible to not delivery on that day. When I called customer services to see why the flowers had not arrived I was told it states on the web site that they can arrive a day either side. As I had given plenty of time i cannot see why they arrived late. I was told they only get sent nearer the date so arrive fresh. Royal Mail got the blame....... So no I would not order any more if required for a certain date. Flowers were ok but no the best.

These flowers and chocolates were for my daughters' birthday. Was very disappointed with the flower content (not at all as the picture suggested). I have never had any problems before and have complained and given address of delivery (but could'nt send a photo due to isolation), said I would be contacted but never received a reply.

We ordered flowers well in advance of mum's 80th birthday and they didn't arrive on time. When I contacted Bunches I was informed that delivery wasn't guaranteed so basically it was tough. The flowers were lovely but it was disappointing that she didn't receive them on time and they couldn't have cared less. Will be doing my Christmas shopping elsewhere. Don't rely on delivery.

Very disappointed with the bouquet of flowers I ordered a week ago for my sister in law. The bouquet didn’t match the one in the picture that we bought, some flowers were missing.

Disappointed only because of Royal Mail, they didn’t even ring the door bell and it was a couple of days before the Flowers were picked up and they were almost dead.

My flowers were late and a little disappointing when they arrived. Customer services were like..'it says on the website it might be late' and not apologetic at all. Order at least 2 days before you want them to arrive. My mum loves Fressias so I ordered the Freesia bunch but it looked similar to one I had bought for a fraction of the price from my local supermarket.

I only ordered through this website because the delivery date came up as my Daughters Birthday I was very disappointed it didn’t arrive till the day after ! was ordered as was lockdown and I couldn’t see her !

Have been a customer for many years and have been, until very recently, happy with the quality of product. However, my most recent order has not been of an acceptible quality. After a few days of waiting for the flowers to achieve their best, this has not become reality. The entire bouquet is without vibrance, limp and drooping in all areas. Unfortunately when flowers were delivered to Mum in Aberdeen, they were almost dead, so the recipient had to contact Bunches to have them replaced. Rather embracing as these were a special gift because Mum had been unwell.

Flowers ok, big issue with delivery. I ordered in plenty of time for 5th Nov, they didn’t arrive until 6th Nov. So surprise simply didn’t happen! Very disappointed won’t use them again . The company blamed COVID .......so how come all my other online shopping arrived!

Flowers arrived looking “ tired “ , a day or two later and they didn’t perk up ...... in fact a few days later they started to wilt badly and we threw them away . This is my second purchase , the first one was excellent with no problems . Probably won’t buy from bunches.com again unfortunately.
