Delivered on time but 2 of the three roses were dead! Disappointed mother in law ! I have emailed feedback to customer services and as no one has contacted me to apologise, it's a company I will choose not to use again !

Have used before and have been really please however this time I was a little disappointed as upon delivery they were a little battered however once trimmed they did rally and my Sister was pleased

The flowers I sent my sister in law for her 60th birthday were very disappointing, they looked nothing like the picture and was was no where near as many as the picture showed.I was tracking the delivery and they were left outside the front door as no one was in, they were not hidden in any way or taken to a neighbour to look after.They were left there until the evening when I called my brother who asked a neighbour to pop round and pick them up and put them in water.I was quite upset and I send flowers on a regular basis to people and thought I would give you a try.please can someone correspond with me.Regards Lynn jewell

The Royal Mail 24 service is based on a 1-2 working day delivery with 95% of gifts arriving on the date selected. Unfortunately my flowers were delivered two days late, which meant they were wilting by the time they were received. I was a bit disappointed by the customer service who basically told me that there was only a 90% chance that they would be delivered on time anyway. If this is the case, I feel that they should ensure that the stems stay damp in transit, which currently they don’t.

Was disappointed it was delivered a day late and as I had paid for 50% extra, it didnt look like anymore than the original price. Shame as I am struggling to find a decent honest online florist

The ordering was simple, and the flowers arrived on the right day for my Mums birthday (Wednesday) but by Sunday when I visited her, most of the roses had gone brown and started to go over. Not what you expect from a £30 bunch of flowers. I was disappointed and so was she.

Actually a bit disappointed to be honest. Did not look like the picture on the website and not as large a bouquet as I was expecting.

Orderes flowers that came with bday cake. No updates received, cake came days after the recipients bday so not impressed at all.

I am sorry to give only two stars for these Germini daisies, but a couple of them lasted Only two days and it’s now been one week since delivery and most have collapsed and are well on their way to the bin. I have cut the bottoms, given clean new water and more flower food but To no avail. I have had quite a few of Bunches flowers and they have usually been amazing but sadly these really are very poor. Would not buy these particular ones again.

Delivery was a day late and the bouquet was no better than one from Tesco at £10. They lasted only just 5 days. Very disappointed as this was a surprise gift for my wife.

Very disappointed that the flowers didn’t arrive on the day that I’d ordered them to be delivered. They had been in the post for 4 days.

Usually ok but flowers were 3 days late for a special family birthday so was very disappointed to be offered a £5 post point as a refund.

But disappointed as flowers not looking as good! I have not heard from you! Flowers were limp and not up to your usual standard. They were sent to wrong number in my road which was my fault, however, I collected them same morning and delivered to my neighbour who had just come out of hospital. Not happy this time! Sorry. Got flowers for my mum who's in a care home had to have them delivered due to covid which was a great service but when care home sent me photo's I was very dissapointed as only look like sboiy 4 flower in a brown paper bag 🙄
