I confirmed the delivery date, so that my friend received them at work - only when the order confirmation came through, it said the delivery dates could not be assured!! My friend received the flowers, 1 day later, and was not at work, so she didn't get them for 2 days. Really disapointing.

Kids bought these flowers for mums birthday. Ended up being a significant smaller bunch than expected. Heads of several of the lillies broken. Just generally looked a little dishevelled. Didn't compare to what I could have purchased from the local florist.

I ordered flowers etc for my daughter and son in law as they had just had my first grandchild. The Flowers arrived on time but when I saw them I was surprised at how small the bunch looked, even though I had ordered the 15 stems! Also I assumed the balloon to be larger, and the card was also very small and cheap looking! I think the photos on your website are very misleading and I felt like a cheapskate when I had to explain to my daughter that I expected better quality products. I have ordered from you quite a few times over the years, I will certainly think twice before I order again! Paul Day

My daughters birthday was on Monday ordered them to come on Saturday as she works all week. Put card through the door Friday didn't know they were flowers so did not collect till Monday not happy especially as told when complained need to pay extra postage if wanted on a certain day.Don't think will use you again

The majority of flowers didn't last longer than a couple of days. The flowers that did last were the Sunflowers. We have been disappointed on this occasion.

To whom it concerns, I am quite glad you sent me this review as it has reminded me to send you a message regarding my disappointment with the flowers that were delivered. I have given 2 stars only because the delivery was on time. I purchased the flowers for my wife as an anniversary gift. When I got home to see the mesely bunch of flowers that were delivered I was very disappointed. I actually had to show my wife the picture of the flowers that you advertised. Not that I eat McDonalds but it was like opening a Big Mac burger box only to see that the burger looked nothing like the picture. The flowers looked nothing like the picture. I purchased the next bigger size expecting a decent size bunch of flowers. I would hate to see the regular size. Please can you send me an address so I can sent you the picture that I took. Late delivery and no card left! This is the second time this has happened. I have ordered a lot over the past years and have always had good service, so I am disappointed now

flowers were delivered dry, and the blooms and buds much smaller than the publicity material. however, delivery was efficient and on time and the chocolates were of good quality.

The delivery was scheduled for Saturday but didn't arrive till Tuesday. I should have checked my confirmation, because I had typed in 'if not in to call at my own address' which is only 4 doors away. The confirmation didn't log this, I should have checked it all. Sadly, disappointed this time.

the flowers were ordered for a raffle prize in aid of Breast Cancer. The flowers received had no bearing on the image on the web site and frankly looked lame. I have been in touch with your office and expressed my concern given it was I who recommended your company. The bouquet resembled a garage bought bunch and not at all what I expected. Lesson learnt.

my friends flowers were just like a load of twigs not at all a beautiful bouquet i was so embarrassed and it was her 60th birthday such a let down for 1st time use

Flower bunch differed from picture advertised, really poor could have got a better bunch in a supermarket ( looks like a flower bunch from a service station). Very disappointed I probably expected a lot more from a reputable florist

Flowers arrived 2 days before the day I requested - my friends 70th birthday! So disappointing. The flowers itself were disappointing too, could have got a better bunch much cheaper from the local garage. Also it pictures a free gift of a small box of chocolates. What arrived was a packet (!) of chocolate buttons. Very embarrassing. Will never use again. What was to be a lovely surprise for my elderly friend was a total embarrassment.

Flowers arrived in full bloom - NOT in bud as your advert states. Not value for money - £21.99 would have got me a super size selection from M&S ! One consolation my 4 year old enjoyed the free packet of buttons !!!

Did not arrive on the day requested so consequently the person was not there to receive them. They were a leaving present so I am disappointed this is the last memory the member of staff has
