Delivery etc as promised but the plant was awful! Looked as though it had come off someone's compost heap. It had had 24 hours to perk up when I saw it! As I am currently undergoing chemotherapy and unable to get out to shop, thought this was a good solution for a friend's 70th birthday gift. Embarrassed.

Flowers were nice but as delivered a day early was not good as that day marked an anniversary the people would not want to celebrate.

It should be made clearer on the order form that the flowers may not get left on the doorstep, the postman left a delivery note and the flowers weren't picked up until 4 days later as the recipient didn't know she's was getting any, if it was clear when ordered that this may happen I would have put a delivery note on the order, not for a moment did I think a box labelled flowers would be taken back to the delivery office. Waste of £17. Very disappointed

Thank you for your review Jo, We are very sorry to hear of the disappointment that this has caused,unfortunately as we are a flowers by post company we do hope that the Royal Mail will either leave the item safe at the given address or with a neighbour if there is no answer when a attempted delivery has been made before taking the item away, however it is their policy to do so which is why we have the delivery instruction box available online for customers to use if they wish too. very disappointed with quality of freesias. bad value. some were already fading and didn't last very long. Won't be ordering again

Ordered a luxury birthday bouquet set and it looks like they were purchased from a petrol garage. Definitely not worth the £26.99 I paid. Would've got nicer flowers in tescos at half the price

Flowers were delivered a day too early. Much smaller bouquet than pictured. Quite expensive for very average display. Most disappointing.

I ordered 40th wedding anniversary flowers for my parents Mon 19th Sept for Thursday delivery. They didn't arrive Thursday, it was Friday and no-one was in. My brother went to the Royal Mail depot to collect as my mum was unable to and was told that it had to be my mum collecting. It's now a week since I ordered them and my mum still doesn't have her flowers, it was her anniversary yesterday. I ordered with plenty of time as my last order placed with you was for mothers day where the order turned up 2 days later. So I missed mothers day and their special anniversary. This is not good and although the flowers are always beautiful, I won't be placing an order again as I just can't guarantee they will arrive on time.

I saw the bunch of flowers sent Thursday at the weekend. It's looked half the size of the picture. Very different colours and some of the most luxurious flowers were missed. It was like a much poorer quality replacement. Very disappointed as I have used bunches regularly for my mums birthday and this one was her 70th. Will think twice next time.

I ordered a bunch of flowers for my wife's birthday. When ordering I was under the impression that I could specify when the flowers were to be delivered, which I did, for them to arrive on her birthday. But they arrived a day early, we were not in, so the post man left a card through the letter box, which she found and which ever so slightly spoiled the surprise. Having collected them the next day I have to say that I was disappointed at the quality of the flowers for £20. I shall not be using Bunches again.

Flowers died off after three days. Extremely disappointing as they were a Wedding Anniversary gift. Definitely not up to the standard we have come to expect from you. Will probably be having second thoughts about ordering from you in the future. Dave Hacker

Flowers were beautiful and delivered on time 11th Sept, however the surprise gift from me was spoilt as the card purchased did not arrive with the flowers and my beloved was unaware why she had received them and from whom before her trip.. I contacted you via e-mail and Jessica arranged for the card to be sent out, with chocolates as an apology. After a further e-mail to Jessica, the card was eventually sent and arrived Friday 16th Sept.

I selected flowers to send £25-30 price range and expected a similar standard to what was shown in the image on your website however when i saw them in real life it looked like any £5.99 bunch from a supermarket. It was small and full of leaves . Your images are deceptive as though they are quality bouquets. I was quite disappointed.
