No email or text to tell me the flowers had been successfully delivered. I had to call the person to check. She was very embarrassed to say she had but forgot to tell me. I felt very uncomfortable for her as well as myself.

I was very upset when I saw the flowers that was sent to our son and daughter-in-law for their Anniversary as the leaves were already wilting. Ann Tait

This time the flowers didn't look at all like they did in your photo. They were a gift and didn't appear to have the same number or variety of flowers in the bouquet and, whilst I appreciate colours will vary, there was very little yellow which made them look duller.

My friend had to 'doctor' the flowers as they were somewhat shaken about and squashed.

The recipient sent me a photo of the flowers which bore no resemblance to the picture I had seen when I ordered them. I hope they looked better after a few days as they looked horrible on the day of delivery. They were also delivered a day earlier than I had requested. Doubt that I will use this company again.

I ordered a basket of flowers for my daughters birthday unfortunately by the time it arrived despite having a this way up on the box it had been tipped upside down and all the display and earth was just a big mess in the bottom of the box!

I ordered the roses in a basket for a friends birthday for the 26th September they arrived on the Thursday before. The other thing was when she opened the the box most of the compost had fallen out and the roses had come loose. I was so disappointed mostly for my friend.

Flowers were a present for my mother's birthday. The package returned to the Post Office as she wasn't in, despite instructions provided asking for them to be left with a neighbour. They weren't collected until the following day, by which time they were 'jaded'. This was a shame as a bunch of freesia's is her favourite!

I sent some flowers to my friend and when I asked her if she'd received them she said she'd been embarrassed to tell me that most of them were dead on arrival, I was extremely disappointed and have tried on a couple of occasions to call bunches to let them know but gave ended up hanging up because I was waiting in a que for over 10 minutes and still hadn't managed to actually speak to someone. I will be reluctant to use them again because of this terrible experience.

IF YOU COMPARE ME SEND PHOTO RECIPIENT WITH PHOTO SHOWING YOU IN WEB TRULY HAS NOTHING TO LIKE. THE RECEIPT TO BE A COMMON BOUQUET OF FLOWERS BOUGHT A FLORIST ON THE STREET

Everything went fine till flower's where delivered. The quality was very poor i've purchased better from the supermarket. They where for my mum's 70th Birthday so that's why iam dissapointed.

I sent flowers to a friend who had a family bereavement, I chose my words carefully and typed a card. This was not included with the flowers. I paid £5.95 for courier service with instructions to leave with neighbour if recipient out. Had two e-mails advising me of time slot for delivery and to make sure somebody would be at address to receive parcel (I was not the one receiving the flowers, hence instructions given which they didn't seem to be aware of) Then received e-mail tell me 'good news' parcel delivered and left in back porch!! Friends do not have a back porch! Didn't hear from friends, so had to ring them to ask if they had received flowers,which I didn't want to do under the circumstances, only to find they were left at side gate and of course with no card enclosed from me, they didn't know who had sent the flowers. Disappointing

The flowers were places in a neighbours wheelie bin (who were on holiday) no drop card was posted to alert anyone. Delivery instructions said- leave with neighbours if out. Neighbour discovered flowers three days later by chance.

The flowers described on the website were nothing like the tiny ,dried out arrangement that arrive with a soggy card. I was very disappointed
