“This is the second time i used this company, and the sevond time i have been seriously disppointed and will never use them again. Poor delivery (left outside the house when i asked them to leave inside the porch) poor quality of flowers, presentation not as described, overall waste of money.”

“The large bouquet of flowers ordered for a friend after the death of her husband never arrived despite an email telling me they had been delivered. I thought it strange I had not had a phone call to say thank you! Having emailed Bunches letting them know this I am still waiting for a reply!!! Until now I had been pleased with their flowers. “I was very disappointed with the bouquet of flowers I sent for my friends wedding anniversary. I ordered the larger bouquet to make it more special as my friend was celebrating 20 years. My friend received the flowers & sent me a picture. It was a dismal bunch of flowers nothing like the picture I saw on the website. I could have got the same amount of flowers out of tesvo's for £5 that's how small a bunch of flowers she received. I complained & was told that they sent out the right order so what does that suppose to mean, I will never order from Bunches again & the apology was not sincere. I'm still very upset my best friend & I have been friends since school days for thirty three years & I feel I let her down which looked as I sent her a cheap bunch of flowers instead of a beautiful bouquet.”

“Have always been really happy with bunches before but am disappointed this time. The attempted delivery of the flowers was 2 days later than the delivery window stated and when my friend collected them the next day they were more than a little bedraggled, with one bunch actually already mouldy. I understand that if the person is not home when they are delivered there is a chance that they won't be perfect when collected but, given that they were posted on the 16th April and there was no attempted delivery until the 21st April (not the 18th/19th that was stated when I ordered them) I suppose it's no wonder that they were in such a sorry state when she received them.”

“Flowers that were delivered, are nothing like the picture. This was a special gift and only 5 flowers were received, very poor, might as well of gone to the local corner shop and bought flowers, they would have been cheaper and more flowers.”

“Utterly, Utterly disappointing. Compare pic below with your picture on line, probably the dearest you do.. The flowers were the right ones and I thought looked fresh but my niece has just advised they are already dying. The flowers were about 1/2 to 1/3 of what was expected, lots of green paper around no doubt to bulk up and no pot for them. This was for my sister, nearly 90 just having had 4 weeks difficult hospitalisation. I am really unimpressed. I suggest to everyone to check the number of flowers shown on pictures on line and then get a picture of what arrived. I paid something like £55+ for mine and I was not happy!!!! This needs serious attention, someone is getting away with murder. I think the flowers I ordered were called Savannah, large round cushion looked like it would be in a container. At least 6 roses, 6 lillies, 6 large daisies and a variety of white and pale yellow filling flowers. Look at what my sister got.. 2 of each if she was lucky.”

“I ordered a beautiful looking bouquet from you it was the Berry Charm LARGE what came was a pathetic bunch that would of cost around £5-8 in a supermarket, these were for a very dear friend whose mom had just died. When I saw them I was ashamed they had come from me. In also brought a sympathy card which too was just as disgraceful, Thankfully I had already brought her another card. I won't be using here again, I am so so embarrassed these flowers came from me”
