Photo shows many flowers it came with hardly any not impressed I am a regular customer not happy????

Ordered for a birthday and they came a day early therefore no one was in so had to be collected the next day. They had wilted

Looking into your order I can see the Royal Mail First Class Post service has been the chosen delivery this can take 1-2 days, this is highlighted on the calendar when you place your order and throughout your order confirmation. From Canada, I recently ordered a beautiful posy of pink flowers for my sister in Scotland. However, when she acknowledged receipt of them to me, I got the sense that she wasn’t too impressed with them, so I asked her to send me a photograph. I was really dissatisfied with what I saw, as it was not at all like the beautiful arrangement I thought I had ordered online. The flowers in the photo she sent me looked nothing more than a spindly bunch of flowers from a supermarket, and not the glorious blooming flowers illustrated on the website. I wrote to Bunches asking for a refund, but got a standard response about flowers being delivered in bud form and that unless the flowers are returned to them, they won't process a refund. I can't ask my sister to pay to have the flowers shipped back. After almost a week, the flowers still look spindly! I am extremely disappointed and am pretty sure my sister-in-law is too (although too polite to say so). Needless to say, I won't be ordering from Bunches again!

I paid for next day guaranteed delivery service only to find your delivering 5 days later although the flowers I ordered are in transit and will be very much dead after 5 days in transit. Would have been quicker to get my self

Should have gone to asda I would have got a better bunch of flowers there. Quick delivery though

Ordered for a friend who is recovering from cancer operation. The flowers were delivered to the wrong address, the best bunches could do was give me the wrong address so I could drive 20 miles to collect them ! The flowers were very poor , nothing like the picture. Won't bother again !

I was not impressed with my purchase paid £27.99 for bouquet which was so small could of got al bigger one for £5 from my local garage so I won't be using your company again

I ordered 2 bouquets to be delivered to my elderly grandma and Nan. I was pleased to hear they arrived (a day early then expected but someone was in to accept the delivery) However,only 3 days later my mother visited my grandparents and said the flowers were startin to wilt. 5 days after delivery when I visited most of the flowers had dropped+died. I was really disappointed with the life span and quality of the bouquet and don't feel it was good value. I wish I'd waited and taken some better quality supermarket flowers in person when I visited. I will not be ordering from you again and would be grateful of a full refund.

Will never use this company again quantity and quality of flowers disgrace half of them went in bin as witherd or broken after being died in a box for delivery no presentation at all paid for extra large display and think I got extra small chocolate I paid five pounds for were smallest box I have ever seen and the free chocolates well it was like a child's small bag of sweets what a joke I got delivered to my mother for her very special 80th birthday and I am embarrassed don't look anything at all like your photos yous should be ashamed at letting people down on special occasions

Pity there was not an option for no stars. Terrible service; flowers ordered Wednesday. The gentleman who ordered was told Thursday 19 May. On examining the invoice (and after paying) was told 1-2 days. I waited in all Thursday no flowers. At lunchtime today (Friday) tried to ring the company, as I have things to do, but was put on hold. The flowers finally arrived at 12.45 by the Royal Mail. What a disappointment as the petals were already dropping and as for the 'chocolates' they were chocolate buttons. Never use this firm, rely on a local florist instead - better service and better flowers. These flowers were meant to be a treat but the actions of this firm have spoiled it.

Very disappointed. The flowers ordered to be delivered on the 12th have not yet arrived so I can't upload a photograph. In the past I have been very satisfied but not this time

Look elsewhere: DO NOT buy from this company. I am VERY unsatisfied with this company and its delivery services. I scheduled a delivery to take place on a Monday, however, to my surprise, the flowers I purchased were delivered one day in advance (Sunday) when nobody was in. To make matters worst and more unprofessional, the courier left the flowers outside, next to the door without taking the modesty of getting somebody to sign for the parcel. Needless to say the flowers were left in the sun for the whole afternoon and subsequently overnight, unattended! One can easily image the quality of the flowers the next day: awful! This was my first and last time using BUNCHES.co.uk to send flowers to a special person. My girlfriend's birthday present was a disaster.

Total misrepresentation of product combined with poor quality of flowers - be warned avoid purchasing flowers from this site, you will be wasting your money!
