Flowers should have been delivered on the sat didn't arrive until the Monday ,they look nothing like what was ordered and most were dead ,very disappointed!!! Paid £22 for these .never again.

Very disappointed in the flowers for my mothers birthday. The £1.99 card was small bent and flimsy. The delivery wasn't free because I wanted a Sunday delivery, but that's fair enough and the tracking system was great. Flowers looked like a £5 bunch from a local supermarket. Very disappointed and I felt like a cheapskate compared to other flowers family members bought from local florists. The free chocolates was in a bag and looked like buttons! No box - awful

See my correspondence today with Carly. The flowers were terrible, and I believe the very least you can do is send a replacement bouquet. Carly has my photos, and when my mother followed her helpful if implausible advice, all the other petals fell off!

Discusted emailed bunches , the flowers are nothing like the picture, false advertisement. I sent a email on the 4th of june and have still had no reply from them regarding these flowers i am outraged as they was a present for my mum for her birthday and she lives at the other side of england so therefore i thought bunches was a good idea never again would i get flowers from here!!

The flowers were for a colleague who was leaving . Very disappointed with the Flowers considering the price . Won't be using bunches again

I ordered a bouquet of flowers with delivery guaranteed courier for a girlfriend day deliveries was sent me a message that the bouquet will arrive at a certain time, but not enough, after we were announced that will reach over 3 days but unfortunately did not show up at all Unfortunately I had a bad experience

Poor delivery option, using Royal Mail ensures that if your not in for delivery they take the flowers away. I left specific instruction to leave them by the front door, this was not followed and the delivery man did not fill out the card correctly. Use another delivery firm, I wont be buying from you again until you use another courier.

Totally disappointed with the flowers I ordered for my Mother in laws 88th birthday ! Some of the flowers in poor condition and many had too short stems to do anything with . Nothing like it looked on the Web page and the free box chocolates well it was a very small bag that came with them.so sorry folks won't be using you again and won't be recommending you to others , poor show!!!!! They were ordered to be delivered on the 27th but arrived on the 26th. They had mostly died by the 1st of June. I was very sad to see this as we travelled to England to see our parents a couple of days after their 66th anniversary and as the photos will show you what the flowers were like.. And the card was very poor and basic. These photo were taken on the 2nd of June.

Ordered flowers to be delivered on 27th May. Still not delivered but the money has gone out of my bank account .Terrible service. My sister was only 65 once .

Ordered these for my Wife, When they arrived they were poorly presented buds and looked awful. Got in touch with customer services who said they are dispatched like that to give maximum vase life. Yet they still haven't blossomed 3 days on. So if you want to sent your loved ones a bunch of green stems and unopened buds go ahead but otherwise steer well clear.

Terrible, arrived in a tiny box and when opened it looked absolutely nothing like the picture, am demanding a refund and will never use this site again. Prompt delivery, but then at £5 it would have to be.

Good ordering service Delivery was very poor with the flowers left behind the dustbin in high temperatures and a card shoved through the letterbox despite my elderly disabled mother being in. As they were for her 90th birthday I was extremely disappointed. Will not use again.

your service is appalling , I was let down badly with your delivery, this was my first order with you and I will; not make the mistake of repeating it. Whatever your excuse is 3 days delivery is far too long , I could have got free next day delivery from any amount of companies.
