The flowers looked nothing like the picture. Very very dissapointed there was barley anything to them.

Sent some flowers tom my Gran for her 95th Birthday, when i called my sister to see if they arrived she said the flowers were not fresh and looked liked they had been picked up at a garage. Disappointing to say the least!

The flowers my friend received resembled nothing like the photograph. She was so dissapionted she sent me a photo of them which I am happy to send. Would have been better off picking some up in a garage!!!!!!!!

Did not get the flowers that were requested due to availability , it was an important day but some of the flowers were lilies , these flowers were for my wifes birthday which is also the anniversary of my fathers death. There were lots of lillies that day as well. Not a good choice by your team.

Awful service. Ordered for a friend whose father had died. Rang and asked bunches if they had been delivered they said they didn't know as couldn't track the order. Later found out that attempted delivery had been made but no attempt to leave with a neighbour who was in. Sent back to the post office by the time my friend was able to get to the post office not there. Stick with the bigger companies like Marks and spencers or prestige who use the same system but never had any problems with. Very disappointing.

Ordered 30 stem Fragrant Freesia bouquet to be delivered to my mums for her 70th birthday. I went to see my mum the day after they arrived and not only was I disappointed with the bouquet, they had only delivered 21!!! My mum also informed me that the delivery company just "flung" them on her doorstep, despite the box saying fragile, and didn't even ring the bell. They could have been out there all day for all they cared. I know the delivery isn't this company's fault, but the missing stems is their responsibility. In fairness to Bunches, they have sent my mum another bouquet and are investigating the delivery issue, but its a case of too little too late. Ill never get my mums 70th back!

I am quite devastated! My Mum had an 80th Birthday, so I went on line to try and access the best show of flowers for her that I could find. The pictures looked fantastic, so I upgraded to extra large bunches where possible and got them ordered. They arrived in good time, but frankly, the pictures on the internet bear no resemblance of what arrived! They are like a scrappy handful of flowers that I could have bought cheaply from any supermarket and in no way the volume that was ordered. I have been sent pictures of the flowers now with buds opening, and there is no way in creation that these flowers will ever fill out to what is shown on the website. For an 80th birthday gift, this is an absolute disaster! I am devastated!

Didasterous. Ordered a bunch for my wife and a bunch for my mum for Mother's Day. The bunch for my wife arrived two days late and the bunch for my mum arrived six days late. By which time the flowers were almost dead. E-mailed the company and got no response except for an automatic acknowledgement of my e-mail. Xpextremely dissapointing. I certainly would not recommend using this company.

Ordered flowers for mothers day arrived nearly two weeks late and needless to say flowers are dead and the so called box of chocolates are a packet of chocolate buttons Thanks for nothing.

There is very small print that states even although you select a date for delivery, they will not guarantee that they will deliver on your chosen date.

If the Royal Mail First Class Post service is chosen delivery can take 1-2 days, this is highlighted on the calendar when you place your order and throughout your order confirmation. The packaging that the flowers came in had killed about 30% of the flowers. Waste of time and money. Will not be ordering again.
