“The worse place where I bought gifts. I paid more to receive my orders in the next day, they doesn't delivered anything, the gifts should be the birthday presents to my wife. And when I called to contact the company, they told me about problems to find my address, in Central London, really?! How can you found the same address on monday? (3 days later) So the only thing they did was refund my money to delivery told me some excuses and that's it. Bunches. NO MORE!!!”

“I was very dissapointed with the flowers i ordered. There were very little flowers and i could have got the same flowers in my local coop for £4 but i ordered from you and they cost £17! I will not be using bunches again.”

“Going to be completely honest, I bought some flowers for my Mum for mothers days as i was very busy with work thought it would save me a job and be a nice gesture, i paid extra for chocolates and a balloon also, The flowers were nothing like the picture that i had ordered they were horrendous and half of them were dead when removed from the box, and as for the balloon if you can call it one, was no bigger that my fist, can honestly say i wont be using this company again!”

“My Mothers Day flowers were a disappointment. The roses were already edged with brown and two stems of flowers already broken. Only lasted a week whereas in the past they have lasted up to a month. May consider not using again. Such a pity.”

“i am very dissapointed at the flowers i ordered for my wife 70th birthday some of the flowers had died i.e the Lily's ,i have dealt with you quite a few times but thy have never been that bad ,i will now think twice before i deal again sorry Mr W CLARK”

“I paid £26 for flowers for a friend for her birthday and when they came did not look like the pichture and was very small for what i paid i was very disopointed and would not be useing bunches again”

“I ordered a bunch of flowers for mothers day , they arrived in a small box not very many flowers for the money and they were damaged, I got in touch with bunches and they said they would send a replacement which they did but they arrived in a worse condition then the first bunch and were not worth the money I paid for them I could have got a better bouquet of flowers from the supermarket for a lot less money. I have used Bunches on many occasions but I'm very disappointed and will not be using them again”

“When I placed the order I was expecting a lovely bunch of flowers, a card and a large balloon. But I was disappointed to find that the flowers were delivered a small box with a tiny balloon. I was extremely disappointed as I ordered these for my wife from my children. I have ordered from asda and interflora in the past and been very happy with the orders but this order was so bad. I can honestly say I won't be ordering from yourselves ever again”

“I live in Australia and decided to surprise my big sister with a lovely bunch of flowers for her 50th from your company, the flowers listed on your website were the standard bunch so I decided to upgrade 2 more sizes to XL , the bunch that arrived had less flowers than the original standard bunch on your site, and were dull not the bright colourful bunch I ordered Sorry but they are pathetic I am so disappointed ????”

“the recipient did not receive her flowers as I mistakenly gave the wrong address it should have been : NUMBER 2 Waterhouse Square, 140 Holborn, London, EC1N 2AE , SO WHO ACCEPTED THESE FLOWERS ???? & IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH DELIVERY WHY DID NO ONE CALL ME ON MY MOBILE WHICH I DID PROVIDE WITH THE ORDER ??”

“The balloon and chocolates were tiny. I was so disappointing with the delivery time of 18.40. These were meant for my mums 50th birthday so arriving at this time of night her birthday were almost over. Was considering ordering another bunch of flowers, of which I will no longer.”

“I will never use Bunches.co.uk again. I was very impressed by the pictures on this website and decided to order the butterflies bunch for my mum for mothers day. The picture was so pretty and colourful and looked quite big. Even had plastic butterflies which she could save after the flowers had gone. They came the day before I asked for them to be delivered so was lucky my mum was in to get them. When I visited my mum on Mother's Day I couldn't wait to see them. I have never been so disappointed with flowers from anywhere else in my whole life. I thought they looked perthetic compared to the pictures on the website, a very small small, nowhere near the size of the picture.”
