Lovely looking but not as many as I thought there would be. There were less flowers and more greens.

First time I have used bunches. One delivery was 5star the second very poor. My sister had just had an op and got nearly dead flowers. 1star. Not sure I can trust again.

Nice flowers delivered when requested. Only problem is that there is not alot of flowers in the bunch for the price

I ordered flowers because they looked stunning in the pic, unfortunately they where Soo less and didn’t look presentable and wasn’t the worth the price. Quite expensive for few sticks of flowers.

delivery of flowers was at the agreed time, the bouquet in the picture looked more beautiful than in reality

I don't know what the flowers were like as my sister I sent them too is terminally ill and was in hospital which I didn't know as she lives 190 miles away. I tried to cancel them but was too late. So I really don't know what they were like as she never saw them.

I received a message with photo attachment from my friend who I had sent flowers to recently. I have to say I was rather disappointed. I realise that the blooms are sent out in bud form but for the first time since using Bunches (over 5 years) I didn't think the delivery did justice to my order.

Disappointed I was not one of the 95% to have the flowers delivered on the correct day, despite several days notice!

Our friends received our flowers via Bunches and they commented on how nice they were and they stood out amongst the other flowers they had already received, however with in a week they had died and ready to be thrown away while the other flowers were still in good order, we were disappointed to hear this.

I have used bunches for some time now. Sadley, on this occasion I was disappointed. The flowers arrived in separate bunches instead of together as a bouquet.

As our gifts are packaged and sent via Royal Mail some of our bouquets benefit from them being packaged slightly different to ensure they arrive in the best condition possible. It's always difficult when you send flowers because you can't see them yourself. They have been received as a gift so of course the recipient is polite. I read that the flowers were delivered in bud. My sister said they were all open, so this time I was really disappointed.
