The flowers were nice but I think they were expensive for what they were

Pleased with my flowers I buy from you because of the time they last Do you realize that they are now delivered by parcel post as I am told they are in too big a box.for the morning post which meant you could not collect until the following day and I live 2 houses away from the sorting office. As a result they were on the ragged side when it arrived. That is why I have marked you down. My sister send me flowers regularly but I think they need some safe guard against this. I would not have been amused if it was a present.

If the recipient is not available to accept the gift when delivery is attempted they are returned to a local sorting office, after leaving a calling card that should be marked perishable. On some occasions if a safe place can be found to leave the flowers they may do this. A delivery request can be left on the order; however, this is not guaranteed as this is at the discretion of the delivery driver. The flowers may be tired after their journey and so will need a big drink to help them perk up, by following the simple care instructions leaflet this should help the flowers to bloom and grow. We do offer a 7-day freshness guarantee, therefore if the flowers are not doing well after being placed in water, please do get back in touch with us on our freephone customer support line on 0800 626 249 or via email on flowers@bunches.co.uk and a member of our team will be happy to discuss this further with you. Daughter in law thrilled to receive flowers, however I was,very disappointed in the photograph my son sent me, not 21,stems as I thought I purchased and some broken. Maybe they looked better after a few days but would not recommend Bunches

Having received bunches in the past from my husband whilst he was working in Afghanistan I was delighted with what I received. My best friend lives in Essex and was waiting for cancer test results and lost her mum quite suddenly - I really wasn’t impressed with what she received but she was delighted with the gesture- good end result for flowers that probably would have cost £10-15 in a high street supermarket!!

Hi I recently had a bunch of flowers delivered for my bosses birthday which did not look great! Seemed to be not THAT fresh and wilting although my boss tried to revive them they did not last the week! However you sent me a second bunch to compensate which were beautiful and very fresh and vibrant! And are still going strong, my point is that the first bunch should have been perfect in the first place, I have been using you for quite a while now so expect better! Thanks

I am sorry that I cannot write this time.The lady who received the flowers does not communicate any more.I have been well pleased with the service and quality of flowers which is why I chose to order again,as I shall when next I need flowers for friends and family.Thank you.

The service and website is quick and efficient but the quality of flowers and value for money in terms of number of flowers/size of bouquet has been questionable on my last few orders. I will be looking at alternatives going forward.

The first floral arrangement I bought recently was wonderful however since then the quality seems to have diminished with poor standard of flowers. Delivery service is excellent

My gift of flowers arrived a day late, and not in tip top condition. The address was in Surrey, and they had had heavy snow. However when I contacted Bunches they were apologetic, and are sending another gift of flowers to my friend. This was an acceptable conclusion to the problem. They also pointed out that they rely on a good service from Royal Mail.

Normally very pleased because have used bunches for many years but this time had a problem with order and was not satisfied with customers service and not with the quality of the flowers.

I ordered the flowers Unicorn bliss from Bunches for my Mum and I must admit I didn't realise that they were not guaranteed to come on a particular date, that was my fault, however when they did arrive they were pretty much dead. My mum called me and sent me pictures of them and they looked dreadful. She called Bunches and they did send out some more which came the next day but I just felt terrible as I had arranged them to cheer my mum up after a recent death in the family and I feel let down that she then had to call them up to be replaced. I do understand things go wrong from time to time but flowers are expensive so it should be prevented.

I have always used bunches but for the first time ever they did not arrive when I had booked which was disappointing. Luckily, they weren't for a birthday. I would think twice about a guaranteed service in future. However, when they did arrive, two days Kate they were lovely!

The flowers were of great quality but when you pay for guaranteed delivery I expect fir them to be delivered in person and not left outside. After all it wasn’t cheap.

The delivery policy is that if the recipient is not available to accept the gift this will be taken back to the sorting office, after leaving a calling card. On some occasions if a safe place can be found to leave the flowers they may leave on the property to save the recipient the inconvenience of having to collect or re-arrange a further delivery. We have used bunches on a number of occasions but unfortunately the last time we used them the service was poor. Even worse than than that the customer complaints department was even worse with little regard given to the recipient when she phoned them to ask who had sent the flowers as they didn't include the card.

Overall it was ACCEPTABLE, It was not Great, and did not have the WOW Factor, just acceptable. Will I be using Bunches again? Most likely not.
