Little bit disappointed as for the second time in a row the birthday flowers arrived a day late even though I ordered them in plenty of time. That said, when I complained last time, the lady was really apologetic and gave me a voucher for the full value of the flowers - really good customer service. This time, they were for my mums birthday, and ‘luckily’ she is a raging alcoholic, and rarely knows what day it is, so no damage done.

Have used Bunches many times, very happily. But now, having sent several bunches of flowers, as a surprise, and the recipients possibly not in, the flowers get returned to the Sorting Office - and I have wasted x3 lots of money on that now. Busy people are not about to put themselves out to collect an unexpected parcel. There must be better communication about instructions on leaving the flowers in the recipients absence. Flowers are not a regular parcel to go back and forth. I will not be sending any surprise flowers gifts any more, it is not worth wasting your money.

I’ve ordered flowers and gifts a few times now, usually very pleased with the service. My last order for a sick work colleague was not the usual standard. On receipt of the flowers she found them to be very wilted on the packaging, they did brighten up the next day after putting into a vase of water.

Being very upset, as now is Wednesday, I have ordered some flowers last Monday to get it delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday. I have chosen the free delivery option by Royal Mail. Today a week later I just realized they still didn't get the flower! No e-mail, a phonecall, a note in their postbox, not for them, not for me! I had to call the customer service, where the young lady's voice is very flegmatic, she offered they will send it tomorrow again. Thanks! Should I say thanks!?? What kind of surprise is this to ask somebody, "sorry, did you get any flower last week" and if I don't ask it then what I paid for is just disappearing in the space!??

I purchased the roses and gin for my Mum on her birthday. The price the delivery and the look of the flowers was good but the roses began to die the following day despite my Mum following the care instructions to the letter. Quite disappointing.

I was very disapointed that the flowers only lasted five days before we had to dispose of them.I have used Bunches in the past and have always been very happy with the product.

Usually I love using Bunches for flowers etc. I live in the States, I find the quality of flowers and other items that Bunches provides to be very good. However, this one time I am bitterly disappointed. I ordered a bottle of Prosecco and a box of truffles to be sent to my parents for their wedding anniversary. Fed Ex delivered them 5 days late after 3 attempts, - couldnt find the house (they have delivered there before), no one home - (yes they were and there was a note on the door to say that if no one answered to leave the parcel inthe back of the house), finally delivered the 3rd attempt. It was very frustrating to get information with the time difference. Bunches were responsive but there was no Fed Ex tracking information to be found in my account on line, so I had to email and ask for it, this information should be available as soon as they get a tracking number. Fed Ex were singularly unhelpful and unrepentent, Bunches did their best but I think it could have been handled better. I only hope the chocolates are not a squishy icky mess after being in Fed Ex's possession for 5 days! I will use Bunches again but shall be much more wary about deliveries and will ask for delivery information as soon as possible.

For the very first time I have been less than fully pleased. Despite following all your instructions as normal we found that the roses were not as long lasting as we had come to expect.

I ordered some flowers for our 57th Wedding Anniversary they arrived on time by royal mail in the usual brown rigid cardboard box. On opening it the stem flowers were loose and 3 of the heads had broken off sadly and ruined the display.This is NOT normally the case as I have used Bunches many times. May I suggest that when packing the flowers in the box they should be secured some how to stop them sliding up and down in transit and get damaged.

While the quality of flower is good, value for money lays below satisfactory. £19 for a bunch of flowers which would have a retail value of £3-£5, understanding a profit is to be made a value of £10 would of been more suited to the bunch.

My mother who is 83 didn't find the card that came with the flowers as it was so small and there was a large leaflet from postcode lottery saying happy birthday to her so she thought the flowers were from them and I didn't find out until the next day when I phoned her.The flowers were nice but it would be helpful if either the card was bigger or leaflets saying happy birthday not put in the box as older people can get confused.

Great flowers but let down by DPD driver who left them in a public area of reception where anyone could have just taken them. Didn't even bother to speak to reception staff

Flowers arrived on time and well packed. However, some stems were too long and the flowers bent over at the top. Also the flowers have lasted less than a week. Rather disappointed

Sorry was very disappointed with my last order. Just because I missed the postcode off you completely changed the address which went to old oak road in Armley instead of old road Farsley and I don't think the flowers were what I ordered no butterflies in the spray.

After reviewing your order, it does appear that the full address details were not entered on point of ordering. When an order is placed online we rely on the information provided to be correct, therefore the gift was sent out with the address supplied. I have used Bunches for a few years and all has been very good generally. However, my latest order was a bit disappointing as the flowers did not last a week. Packaging left the flowers very dry and it would have been better if the stalks were sent in a water pack of some sort. See tax if there is some cost saving that doesn't work.
