We received a picture of the flowers we had sent through Bunches which bore no resemblance to the picture online, just 6 roses and some greenery, there are at least 12 roses on your photo , very disappointing i feel we should have a refund.

I found it impossible to order a bunch of flowers for delivery at Christmas. I have moved home and also changed my bank and card number. Your computer seemed unable to understand. I did finally get a bunch delivered early in January. A second bunch I required was also impossible so I used another company.

Cant coment on the flowers as they haven't arrived. Despite paying extra for tracking. Was meant to arrive 10.40 to 1.40. So my rating is bad for the fact they haven't arrived when they were supposed to Not happy.

I paid extra for a special delivery and the date given by you was not met but delayed for several days. I made 3 orders over Xmas and the order for Scotland was not achieved. Sorry but you let mr down

I would mever buy from this site again as I ordered for my friend 60th. When she showed me the photo, I was shocked for the tiny bunch she received . Completely deceiving from the photo when bought. HP Harrow, Middlesex

The bouquet of choice was not from our hand tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. Dreadful! I ordered flowers on Friday 18th December and they weren't delivered until the 23rd? Goodness knows what state they would have been in and when I contacted a member of your staff they just referred me back to the Royal Mail tracking site! They were sympathy flowers and would have arrived looking awful!!!! Thanks

Very disappointed I order 4 separate bunches to give as Christmas gifts only 2 were delivered on time and 1 was 4 days late. Will not use again

I was extremely upset that the flowers I ordered for my daughter in law's Birthday arrived over two days late and had been in transit (so my tracking told me) for 4 days!!!! Consequently the flowers did not last very long!! I have used your company for some years but definitely will not be using them in the future.

The Royal Mail 24 service is based on a 1-2 working day delivery with 95% of gifts arriving on the date selected. I was extremely disappointed by the flowers that arrived at my girlfriends house for her birthday. The flowers ('rainbow galaxy') looked nothing like the photograph, there were nearly half the amount of flowers as in the photo. They also arrived 2 days late, and after tracking the flowers I found out they had been sat in a box for nearly 4 days.. Safe to say i won't be using bundles again, unless they have another go and send my girlfriend the flowers that I ordered her.. I WOULD RECOMMEND YOUR LOCAL FLORIST ON THE HIGH STREET I

The flowers were delivered a day later then I paid for. They cost me over £20 and I wouldn’t of paid £5 for them in the shops. When I emailed complaining the state of the flowers I got rubbish excuses. I won’t buy from bunches again.

I have used Bunches a few times this year but this time was disappointing to say the least. I made two orders at exactly the same time- the people live around the corner from one another. They arrived a week apart. One week after my gran’s birthday. Very disappointing this time I’m afraid.
