Very disappointed I order 4 separate bunches to give as Christmas gifts only 2 were delivered on time and 1 was 4 days late. Will not use again

I was extremely upset that the flowers I ordered for my daughter in law's Birthday arrived over two days late and had been in transit (so my tracking told me) for 4 days!!!! Consequently the flowers did not last very long!! I have used your company for some years but definitely will not be using them in the future.

The Royal Mail 24 service is based on a 1-2 working day delivery with 95% of gifts arriving on the date selected. Was extremely disappointed and upset about the state of the flowers I received. They arrived all damage and wet, the box was completely destroyed

Unfortunately I’m very disappointed ordered them for a friends birthday they arrived after a week. I’ve emailed customer service I’m waiting for a reply.

I was extremely disappointed by the flowers that arrived at my girlfriends house for her birthday. The flowers ('rainbow galaxy') looked nothing like the photograph, there were nearly half the amount of flowers as in the photo. They also arrived 2 days late, and after tracking the flowers I found out they had been sat in a box for nearly 4 days.. Safe to say i won't be using bundles again, unless they have another go and send my girlfriend the flowers that I ordered her.. I WOULD RECOMMEND YOUR LOCAL FLORIST ON THE HIGH STREET I

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey, therefore they do need a little time to bloom and resemble our online image. After reviewing the tracking of your order we can see that the gift arrived within our given timeframes of 1-2 days. The flowers were delivered a day later then I paid for. They cost me over £20 and I wouldn’t of paid £5 for them in the shops. When I emailed complaining the state of the flowers I got rubbish excuses. I won’t buy from bunches again.

I have used Bunches a few times this year but this time was disappointing to say the least. I made two orders at exactly the same time- the people live around the corner from one another. They arrived a week apart. One week after my gran’s birthday. Very disappointing this time I’m afraid.

Order not delivered and still waiting for reimbursement and resolution. So far I have waited for 2 weeks more importantly they expected my 75yr old aunt to go and pick the delivery up from wherever it was delivered.

I ordered flowers for my niece’s 30th Birthday. The failed to deliver any. I contacted them and have missed the important date, wouldn’t deliver for another week. There was no goodwill gesture- nothing! Terrible service!

Not recommended. I sent flowers to a very poorly colleague and the address was slightly wrong. I didn't know the flowers were not received until the following week when I was told the delivery had failed and the flowers were destroyed. I advised Bunches they should have called me on the contact number I gave (why was I asked to provide a number if nobody bothered to call?). I was told the mistake was my fault so Bunches take no responsibility. I will not use them again, despite the cheap prices.

Have been a customer in the past returned for a birthday gift & flowers for my elderly MIL for her birthday, left clear instructions as encouraged when ordering in what to do if not at home, selected leave with neighbour & left their door number, delivery personnel never bothered to try neighbour & flowers were returned to local depot & could not be redelivered until 3 days later, MIL unable to drive & in a tier 3 area, when they arrived they were a decomposing mess & cased upset rather than happiness. Customer service useless, nothing to do with them I was told. Perhaps don’t lure people in by offering an option for delivery that you said you actually can’t guarantee it’s dependent on the person delivering if they will follow the instructions or not!! Absurd. I will not return nor recommend!

Sadly the person I bought the flowers for passed away before the flowers arrived. They were meant to come before, but they didn't. Not really your fault, but it was quite a shame

Flowers arrived late, on contacting company was told it was a postal issue nothing to do with them. One would have thought the company would have more experience of when to send out flowers. I ordered on a Wednesday for Saturday delivery, flowers arrived Tuesday. No apology or apparent interest in issue. Poor quality of service

Flowers not delivered for my wife's 50th birthday, even though I booked a day for them to arrive. When I emailed them I received a standard reply, couldn't give a monkey's. Sorry but Bunches won't be getting my business again.

Although you state delivery is not guaranteed but 90% arrive on time it is frustrating when you get a standard email reply stating t&c’s when you ask for a full refund. My order was placed on 23rd Nov for 28th Nov delivery. Flowers arrived on 30th Nov to a very disappointed birthday girl as they thought I had forgot them.Therefore I will never use your company again. Why not despatch earlier for a Saturday delivery.
