“Ordered flowers for my daughter in law who’s nan sadly passed away, they were supposed to be delivered the day before the funeral, but arrived a day late, very disappointing. Also not as photo showed, just a small bunch of flowers”

“I live in Northern Ireland and sent flowers to my daughter in London for her Birthday order no 9338050. These were not as ordered and the vase had a dinge in it. My daughter sent a picture of what was received and they said that they would replace the vase. Not good enough . Don’t want it replaced also I paid for courier delivery and were delivered by Royal Mail. I used Bunches because we here used to work through the Post Office with Bunches for our Customers and the flowers were always great and our customers were very pleased. I was very disappointed when I saw what she had received and I would not recommend Bunches to anyone. Sorry”

“Unfortunately despite the intended recipient being at home the flowers were delivered to the local post office and not collected for 2 days. Disappointing experience all round. I've used bunches many times but will look for other alternatives now.”

“I ordered flowers for friends on 19th November and they weren't delivered til 28th November. Luckily they weren't for a special occasion. I am aware that businesses are using Covid19 as an excuse but I find that very hard to accept so I definitely won't be using your company again.”

“A month's notice. Delivery 3 days late, not just once but twice. Bunches' response is Royal Mail is at fault. Sorry, my orders were with Bunches. Should have learnt my lesson the first time; there will not be a third.”

“Flowers did not arrive on the selected date and did not have much life. Flowers have wilted after 5 days..the bunch was also smaller than pictured. A real shame because I love this companies ethos.”

“Wasn’t happy what so ever with the flowers I ordered my wife i usually go to my local florist and I get much better than what I received I payed £40 for a bunch of flowers that I could of easily bought at Asda for £10 and then bought a gift bag to put them in will never use these again and if your a husband/partner looking to impress you other half my best advice would be go to your local florist”

“Pretty disappointed at how many flowers sent, won’t use again. PS, a ‘free’ packet of seeds sent, was that to make up for little flowers sent so they could grow their own?? Wont use company again.”

“The flowers were two days late so it does not make any sense to choose this company if you wanna make sure someone gets a present on their birthday. Plus the flowers were INCREDIBLY withered. SO DISAPPOINTING”

“Did not deliver fresh flowers on the date requested, although 2 weeks notice was given. Their policy is 1 to 2 working days - no use when the flowers are for a special occasion”

“I Ordered flowers for my mother Monday last week and they still haven't arrived over a week later. I had used Bunches for many years as my mother lives in Northern Ireland and I live in France. I stopped sending by Bunches mid-2019 after two big problems with deliveries for Easter and her birthday. I gave them another chance recently and yet again disappointment for an 89 year old woman. Disgusting in this time of semi-confinement.”

“terrible service, non existent customer service. I ordered flowers and Macarons for my wife's birthday, and paid extra delivery fee to have the flower delivered on the specific day on a Monday (not before not after). Bunches delivered the product on the Sunday before, left the delivery outside my door under the rain, my wife saw the package before her birthday, ruined the surprise and special moment I had carefully planned. To add to the disappointment the macarons where awful, tasted like cheap biscuits from a pound shop. I emailed customer service no response. This was my first time ordering from Bunches and definitely my going to be last. Very terrible service”

“Delivery never happened for 4 days. Should not offer next day delivery on a Friday. Royal mail unpredictable. Will not use Bunches again.”
