Usually good but no help on missing flowers and NO response to my asking for conformation to 3 month subscription for Mrs Nash, Mrs Cadman and Mr and Mrs Hughes. After all these years must I go elsewhere as you do not seem to care these days. Sadly, Ann

definitely not as big as a bunch as they you think they are going to be. 20 pounds spent and about 5 flowers.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. I placed an order and added a delivery instruction for flowers to be delivered to a particular flat. Delivery should’ve happened on Tues, but actually arrived on Sat. Called and emailed Bunches, no help, empathy or suggestions as to how they could deal with this. Instead, they made me feel like it was my problem as the order confirmation did not indicate my delivery instructions. They shouldn’t have a facility in place if they aren’t going to action it AND they shouldn’t blame Royal Mail as I decided not to pay for premium delivery. Why did they not provide a track and trace facility? They didn’t help me, I won’t be using them again. Very unprofessional. At times like this, customer service should be paramount, especially for small businesses. Deal with the issues l, don’t blame others.

Delivery partners failed to deliver, and customer service unapologetic and completely unhelpful. I ordered for an anniversary and to my disgust, the delivery company failed to deliver. When you email, rather than trying to be helpful and understanding, or giving a single care, they copy and paste terms from their website that are only there to cover them. Would be nice to have understanding of my frustrations and for resolutions to be offered, not just told it’s entirely my fault for not paying you even more than I already did for delivery.

I have had many positive experiences of flowers sent from Bunches to my loved ones. However recently I ordered 4 lots of flowers at once to dear friends. Two of them did not receive the bouquets I ordered but bouquets which were each £7 cheaper than those I paid for. This has not been rectified thus far. My friends have still not received the correct gifts.

Im actually shocked at how bad the flowers look. They arrived and looked nothing like the photo, but I thought I'd wait till the rest bloomed. Its been abojt 2 weeks and they still look nothing like the photo. Not worth the money

Ordered some letter box flowers they didn’t arrive on time and when they arrived days later the box was battered and the flowers crushed. I emailed only to get an email asking me for endless information which was already on my email, I said I would not be ordering from you again and expected another delivery in place of my original order, as the flowers were useless so far I haven’t had any communication back to say sorry or to say replacement flowers have been sent, dreadful customer service

Not impressed at all. I ordered this with next day delivery and the order was late. As this was going to a business due to close the following day due to Covid this was a waste of money! I paid for next day delivery and when I emailed the customer service team I was advised I should have paid for nominated day. I do believe ‘next day delivery’ should be next day. Total waste of time and I will not be using this business again.

Very underwhelming. Some flowers were crushed and far too less. Pictures did not match what arrived.

Very disappointed. Ordered bouquet plus birthday cake for delivery the day before a friend's birthday and it arrived two days AFTER her birthday. The flowers were mediocre and looked nothing like the picture on the website, although she said they did smell nice.

You got the card wrong and only bothered to say sorry. A company that offers a little bit of compensation for getting something wrong is more likely to get things right in the future

Not impressed - flowers delivered without the gift card so the recipient had a very embarassing task of asking around for who sent them. Response to this from Customer Service was not good either.

I have recently placed two orders with you for flowers to be sent to relatives, one for a 98th birthday and another for a golden wedding anniversary. The stephanotis plant which was delivered to my mother on 26th October, as requested, is covered in lots of buds which are now dropping off before even opening and in fact the the plant looks as though it is dying. This is very disappointing! The bouquet which I ordered to be delivered on the 30th October, the day before the golden wedding, wasn’t actually delivered until 1st November. I had notification that an attempt to deliver the bouquet was made on Saturday 31st but was not left at the house(even though the couple were at home) but the bouquet was eventually delivered on the following evening. Due to the time lapse these flowers weren’t looking at their best so there again I was disappointed that this surprise delivery hadn’t been a success either!

Flowers looked nothing to what they advertised online. I was actually embarrassed to give such flowers to my friends.
