I purchased 3 Christmas hampers on the same order for guaranteed delivery on 22 December 2023. One item arrived by the time indicated. The two remaining items were held at the post office until the recipients could retrieve them from the post office on 28 December 2023.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry that the recipients of your gifts were not available when a delivery was attempted. The gifts were sent to local pick up shop where they were available for collection before the Christmas holiday. Some couriers will only make one attempt to deliver and the parcel will be sent to the local collection point, this information is explained in our delivery terms. I have to say I was disappointed with my purchase of the two bunches I bought for Xmas, due to the lack of flowers contained in them. I would have preferred more flowers than silver leaves and pine cones which although it was xmas but a few more flowers would have been better.

I'm sure the flowers were fine but you need to speak to your courier. The flowers which were delivered on Thursday were found (by pure chance!) on the doorstep on Friday evening. The cardboard was so sodden it fell apart when she picked it up. If he/she has difficulty posting the least he/she could do is put a card or even handwritten note through the letter box. Extremely disappointed.

The order was for an elderly lady as a surprise Christmas present , admittedly, I ordered it 22.12 23 to be delivered on 23.12.23 but disappointed as order sent to wrong location on that date and not delivered until after Christmas.

Why don't you ask the recipient not the sender? I did not see the flowers.

Our review process gives the sender of the gift the chance to provide us with feedback on the service they received, our website or any other comments they may wish to make. Flowers were ordered 21.12.23 to arrive 23.12.23 they did not arrive until 28.12.23. The flowers were not in a very good condition when they finally did arrive. I will not be using this company in the future.

Would not order of these again , I paid for items not received and no money back no sorry, the flowers not up to standard for the person I bought them for

No note through door for elderly customer. Tracking told me flowers had arrived. Phoned customer's daughter who found flowers behind wheelie bin. Customer service line closed.Very disappointed.

Another round of disappointment from Bunches. What I received looked like a sad imitation of their online pictures. I'd rather apologise for the embarrassment those flowers caused than pass them off as a gesture of gratitude. Definitely my last order from them.

Lousy All they had to do was deliver a bunch of flowers before Christmas , on time , with plenty of advance warning. They missed by about 4 days. Flowers arrived to a house that is empty for a week. How much use is that? Huge disappointment

Flowers ordered for elderly relative who was subsequently admitted to Hospital and Bunches were not in the least bit interested in helping delay or redirect the flowers. Never again will I use them or recommend them

I have never paid over £32 for about 10 carnations in my life. I was really disappointed when I saw the picture of the flowers delivered for my relative who had passed away.

Was disappointed as this was to be delivered on the 20th December did not arrive until 22nd were squashed but luckily when put in water did look better. Not sure if I will use this company again.

Ordered the item in good faith but unfortunately same sized plant in very similar packing was found in a local supermarket for a quarter of the price! Emailed customer services to point this out and suggested making them “different” to supermarkets when bulk buying to avoid this and got a very curt response. Will not be using this company again!

Unfortunately I have been using Bunches for a number of years but won’t be using them any more as the quality of the 2 orders of flowers were nothing like the pictures they were limp and lacked any kind of volume even after being put in water.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand-tied selection and would therefore need to be arranged on arrival and given time to bloom to resemble our online image.
