Bought flowers on the website paid around £27 When the flowers came, they were very very small. On the website it showed a picture of a big brunch of flowers. It’s a scam. I Could have got the flowers from the supermarket and it would have been a bigger bunch and a lot cheaper.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand-tied selection and would therefore need to be arranged on arrival and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. Arrived in bud form which is understandable for freshness, but it also ruins the surprise of receiving beautiful flowers. They were put in the bin within 10 days as they died and bunches only guarantee "freshness" for 7 days. Very disappointed and will not be using bunches ever agian.

We do advise on our website that the flowers are sent in bud, this is to maximise vase life and limit any damage during their journey as they travel through the postal system. We do also advise that our flowers are guaranteed for 7 days, so we are pleased to hear they lasted 10 days. Please accept our sincere apologies for any disappointment caused.

I had ordered Roses & Freesias as an engagement gift for my daughter. They were given to her the same day they arrived. I have given one star as they were roses & freesias albeit they looked a week old and quite dull. I had opted for Bunches over the supermarket flowers as I assumed they would be better quality and fresher. They weren’t and you let me down as I can’t get that special moment back. Sorry I will not be using again.

Very disappointed, I sent a card to my husband, he did not receive it. I waited at least 10 days before I decided he was not going to get it. We then went away, so I do not know if it was delivered but thought 10 days was enough time. Very disappointed indeed.

Very disappointed by this order. The bouquet advertised is full and very dense. The bouquet I received was sparse and sad looking, not worth £19 at all, there was one sunflower and the rest were almost weeds.

Your flowers have always been marvellous but my mother’s flowers were all crushed this time and I didn’t find out until I returned from holiday. My mum was very disappointed as it was her birthday.

I thought it might be good to send my wife something and decided a plant would be a good idea. I had always found cut flowers from Bunches to be very attractive, but not the plant which was supposed to be a bonsai, but was a pile of roots with a sprig of vegetation on top. I wrote to Bunches who replied saying: "After reviewing the image, this appear to look very similar to the image we have displayed on our website consider the different angle it has been taken from. As you have mentioned, this is a natural product and will not grow exactly the same. If you wish to return the item you can do this by sending this back to the address below. Please note, we do not cover any postal charges." So after being a satified customer for several years I now receive frequent messages offering me discounts which simply make me even more angry. We obviously differ on our views, and I am the one that loses out as a result. Does bunches really want to lose a customer simply because they are being rigid. I could have put several orders their way in past months, but if they are going to force the customer to pay to return anything that is substandard, and accept no responsibility why should I shop with them? What happened to "The Customer is Always Right"?

Not worth it, I paid good money for flowers and they did not look like image advertised. The flowers were just stems, flowers were yet to bloom. Not the best gift

Although I was sent a photo of the delivery in a front foyer. This is not where my friend lives and she never received the delivery of flowers for her birthday. Although I have emailed Bunches about this missing delivery I have had no response to my email at all.

Absolutely appalling service. Ordered a birthday card 7 days prior to the birthday and it came 5 days after the birthday!!! They were not sorry or offered a refund. Kept giving excuses after excuse! Do not buy from them.

I am really sorry to write this but the flowers I ordered for my sister didn't arrive to her. The postman had trouble delivering them and after my sister arranged another day they didn't arrive. Sad.

Received my flowers and was very disappointed they did not look like the picture on the site,I received less flowers then what are shown. They were for my husbands heavenly birthday I had to go out and buy more. I will not be purchasing from bunches again.

Unfortunately, the picture of expected flowers and the real flowers was completely different. It was less flowers and the bouquet was really small. But I bought side XL.

The recipient told me that the flowers were left on the doorstep in the absolutely pouring rain. The box was drenched. Disappointed to be honest as I had specifically ordered letterbox flowers as I knew my friend would not be at home.

I have already emailed to let you know that I am really angry about Bunches. Both my orders this month were delivered without cards. Neither of my aunties knew the flowers were off me! £60 it cost me. Absolutely furious and sad. I had to ask them if they received my flowers!!! It was embarrassing!

Very disappointed, my partner's 75th birthday, didn't receive her flowers until late teatime, days nearly over. Her daughter who lives in australia had her flowers delivered by 10.00am
