Have been away and came back to find the flowers sent to my sister where all quite dry when she received them she try to pick them up but a few didn't make it rather surprised at Bunches so not happy at all

I was disappointed with the service , my message was left out of inside of card , when I got the pre view email I could see no message , there was an option to contact to amend or cancel , did this and got message saying too late already dispatched. Very dissatisfied with service , won't use again .

My flowers never arrived by Royal Mail as promised. I am currently awaiting my full refund from Bunches to be processed.

Sorry - this didn't arrive! (So can't rate it out of 5) First line of adress was incorrect - then flowers were sent (by Royal mail) to different area and they claim it was delivered - but they refuse to tell me where it went. Correct Town, Correct County and most importantly, correct post code. They tell me it was definately delivered - and they know where it was delivered (to a different postcode area altogether) and I am not allowed to trace it (GDPR) Royal Mail should reimburse.

Unfortunately my friend is still waiting for her flowers despite the tracking log saying they've been delivered! Should have arrived yesterday.

Not happy I really wanted to do something very nice for my sister and paid so much money and it was a small bouquet and you can buy that at tescos for £10.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand-tied selection and would therefore need to be arranged on arrival and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. Although flowers were good quality and colourful, there weren’t very many of them. The worse thing about the bouquet that I ordered to cheer a friend up was that I ordered them and was told that they would either arrive the next day or day after. Well they arrived the day after at 2157!!! A delivery driver turning up at that time of night did nothing to cheer my friend up!!

I ordered a Pink Azalea birthday plant for my mum. I had sent her the same one last year. It arrived and my mum told it was red. My mum hates red flowers. I contacted the company, they told me it was not red and they don’t stock red, and they did not offer to make it right? I responded with I will it be ordering with them again. ( I have been a customer since 2019) Very disappointed.

Won’t be using this company again. Flowers weren’t delivered on the requested date and the recipient said they were squashed and droopy when they arrived.

Flowers looked way bigger and more impressive on the photo- false advertising. I didn’t expect them to look exactly alike, but I was in for a shock when I saw them. They’re pretty flowers but you could get the same for half the price at any supermarket. Wouldn’t purchase again. Wouldn’t refer a friend.
