Sorry but not impressed. Bought as a gift but delivery box is also hamper box so I will have to ho out and buy a suitable box now. Overpriced for what it is

Sadly the flowers didn’t look as in the picture. The bouquet was extremely small with barely few flowers in it

Flowers that arrived didn't look even half as good as the picture on the website even after the blooms had opened. I could have got a much better bunch from the supermarket. Would not recommend at all. very disappointed.

Accidently put the wrong address on the order, the delivery driver tried to deliver then took the flowers back to the warehouse. The first i heard was when i received an email 2 days later that they had been discarded. No attempt made to try to contact either myself or the recipient to arrange redelivery (which i would have gladly repaid for). Not what would expect from a company who are "committed to making sure your experience is perfect every time" and are "planet friendly and proud". I was offered a £8.20 refund on a £46.89 order.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry an incorrect address was provided when the order was placed that led to a failed delivery. As our gifts are delivered via Royal Mail we are unaware of any failed deliveries until they are returned to us. Due to the items ordered being perishable, we were unable to offer a refund as the information provided at the point of sale was incorrect. The refund that was offered was for the additional items sent with the flowers that were not of a perishable nature. We do understand it is disappointment when this happens and we do offer a discount should you wish to place the order again to help our with the cost. I was very disappointed, annoyed and upset with your service. I had ordered flowers to be delivered for a family Member on their birthday. Unfortunately, they were not received until the day after, despite the fact they had been ordered several days previous to the requested date. Not only is this embarrassing, it is very upsetting for the receiver and the sender. I will not be using your service again

I made a purchase online and didn’t see the small print of colour may vary of the Orchid. I really wanted a pink orchid for my daughter who had moved into their new home. When I emailed got very generic email reply. No understanding or compassion to the situation was offered. I went ahead and purchased another pink orchid from elsewhere.

Flowers were for my wife’s birthday turned up at 6.30 to her work yet they shut at 5 , came following day , died after 4 days Won’t be using you again All I got from customer services was the timings are on our terms and conditions

I was disappointed with my order. I ordered pink roses and freesias but the flowers delivered was very much basic white and salmon colored flowers. Once the flowers were fully opened, did not look anything like advertised.

Ordered letterbox flowers and card for parents 50th anniversary, supposedly guaranteed for delivery on the correct day. Arrived 2 days late and flowers had perished. Contacted Bunches the day after the should have arrived, no reply to emails or apology. I would not recommend them at all!

Very disappointed when I saw the flowers my mum received on her birthday. They were a quarter of the size as shown in the online photo when I chose them. I would have been able to get a nicer bunch from a local garage

Very Disappointed sent flowers as Birthday gift and Thankfully I received a photo of the basket received And I could have easily spent £ 10 in marks and Spencer for something a lot better I wonder how many bad reviews you get

The plant my friend received was not impressive and nothing like the photograph on line. Bunches flowers have always been so good this was a great disappointment. It was for a special birthday but was certainly lacking the wow factor. It has now withered. It did not arrive on her birthday as a local holiday meant Royal Mail did not deliver which is not the fault of Bunches.

Flowers PAID for but NEVER delivered. MONEY UTTERLY WASTED !!! Must have gone to someone unknown. TOTALLY UNSATISFACTORY These were supposed to be delivered after a death of husband and post funeral as a help towards recovery !!! NEVER AGAIN SHALL I USE BUNCHES.

The flowers did not arrive on the specified day and were only despatched on the specified day of delivery, despite ordering them well in advance. No notification that they would be late, and no real apology when it was queried.

We can see that you opted for our Royal mail tracked delivery; this service comes with a 93% chance of the gift arriving on the date selected, however, this is not a guaranteed. Bunches as florists excellant. where they fall down is using royal mail to deliver. I have used bunches for years but the last three tlmes the delivery has consisted of the flowers being dumped on the front door of the recipient, photo taken with the recipient who works from home and tracking maintaining they had been delivered, no knock on the door, just dumped and left. One time she had company who happened to look out the window and said "someones just left a parcel and walked off without knocking" The last time I tracked the delivery- the e-mail said unable to deliver today, will try tomorrow. 5 minuits later sent another e-mail saying flowers delivered showing the flowers outside left against the door. I immediately rang the recipient who informed me no one had knocked. She brought them in. Another time I did not track, assuming they were just late, I said nothing to the recipient. The next day early she went to post a letter around the corner and saw the flowers leaning against the door Flowers first rate, delivery appaling
