The majority of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. these were a birthday gift for my sisters 65th. the card included was for a "AuntieSue From Laura.Hien and Hector" who are not related to us. It took some time for my sister Karen to unravel this situation. I am disapointed that she did not receive the card from us which stated Hope you have had a good holiday happy 65th love from Ros and Rob

I was sadly disappointed with my order from Bunches. Bought these for a friend based on the photo online, but the bunch she received looked very sad in comparison. Very unfortunate as the pictures online looked beautiful.

Ordered on the Monday and the flowers were delivered on the Wednesday late afternoon! Some of the blooms were desperately in need of water and didn’t fully recover!

The bouquet of choice was not from our hand-tied selection and would therefore need to be arranged on arrival and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. My delivery was a day later than it should have been and as a result, the flowers couldn’t be collected. They were then out of water for over two days

The flowers delivered were not of quality and unappreciated by the recipient , thus causing disquiet and disagreement, not healing and happiness. More, better quality blooms could have been purchased at half the price from the local supermarket. The small bear was good though.

The flowers were delivered to recipient as per schedule. However, they took four days to show any colour. The recipient liked them after a while but it was polite thank you initially. I would not order again as I saw them on day 5 and the bunch was sparce for the cost. This combined with the initial presentation, was not the effect I aimed for. There are better quality suppliers and I’ll stick to them. I received a bunch myself in December, which were better but still not great value for the amount I saw the purchaser paid.

I ordered these flowers well before the required delivery date so I was very disappointed to find that they were finally delivered 2 days late. They look good but I unfortunately I won't be using Bunches again

Just had a photo sent to me of the £32.75 mulberry flowers I had sent as a birthday gift. Didn’t look any better than the flowers I bought from Tesco for £2.00. Very disappointed

Flowers were sent back to the depot after attempted delivery instead of being left with a neighbour or in a safe place. No good when the item is perishable. The flowers arrived the next day, limp and not at best.
