Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand-tied selection and would therefore need to be arranged on arrival and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. “Letterbox flowers ordered ,supposed to all be in bud and last 14 days ,some were in bud but at least half were not and as a result they died around 8-10days ,my first time using this company ,not so great … and these were a gift … :(”

“Ordered for a friend for her birthday, it looked tiny even the chocolate slab was so small. Very disappointed, paid around £35 for flowers that look like clearance supermarket ones. Only good thing was delivery was on time”

“I was extremely disappointed when I received my Christmas Begonia. The plant was entirely out of its pot and pretty mangled with most of the buds having fallen off. So sad for what should have been a beautiful plant.”

“When my friend recieved her flowers they seemed very sparse and not a full bunch. I'm aware they were letterbox flowers however there seemed to be very few. They were delivered quickly and came in great condition, was just disappointed with them.”

“Recently ordered a bouquet for my Mother - in - Law's birthday. I ordered so that the flowers would be in bloom on her birthday, 2nd December. The flowers arrived in time but I was so disappointed to see the state they were in. I wish I could post a copy of the photo forwarded by family as they look nothing like the picture on the website. They were already droopy and half-dead on the day they arrived. Especially disappointed as we've used Bunches over many years and were planning on placing more orders for Christmas but have decided not to now.”
