“Very unhappy with the carnations sent to Christine Brown in IOM for Xnas”

Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey, therefore they do need a little time to bloom and resemble our online image. “Been using Bunches for a number of years now and never had a problem until now. I ordered letterbox gifts for my 2 sisters as a Christmas gift to be delivered on 23rd December. I was informed on Friday 20th that they would be delivered the following day (to early) I was then notified that they couldn’t make delivery of one of the packages and that it would be delivered on Sunday (still too early). These were letterbox deliveries , where’s the problem? I was not informed of any actual delivery confirmation for either of the packages. Fortunately my sisters both let me know their packages were received. What do I do for their birthday flowers this year???”

“Very disappointed that not only was it delivered in the evening but some of the flowers were broken. Alongside 2 other bouquets my daughter had received these looked like they had been "nicked from a graveyard" . Will not be using these again?”

“Letterbox flowers ordered ,supposed to all be in bud and last 14 days ,some were in bud but at least half were not and as a result they died around 8-10days ,my first time using this company ,not so great … and these were a gift … :(”

“Ordered for a friend for her birthday, it looked tiny even the chocolate slab was so small. Very disappointed, paid around £35 for flowers that look like clearance supermarket ones. Only good thing was delivery was on time”

“I was extremely disappointed when I received my Christmas Begonia. The plant was entirely out of its pot and pretty mangled with most of the buds having fallen off. So sad for what should have been a beautiful plant.”

“When my friend recieved her flowers they seemed very sparse and not a full bunch. I'm aware they were letterbox flowers however there seemed to be very few. They were delivered quickly and came in great condition, was just disappointed with them.”
